Part 45 :
Nupur pulled out of the hug after hearing her name being called out by Shilpa Sharma and looked at Mayank with a dis-appointed and sorry but still nervous look and managed to say, "Woh...Ma ko mujhe holiday ke photographs dikhane the...main toh unhe yeh kehkar aayi thi ki main apne handbag rakh kar aati hoon" and looked down at the handbag which had fallen from her hands while Mayank closed in to her...
Mayank smiled and said, "Umm...mujhe meri uss wife ki bahut yaad aati hai jiske paas mere liye hamesha waqt hota tha...aur raaste bhi...woh Nupur...jisse mujhe pyaar hua..." he completed his sentence making her blush like hell again at his own style of confessing to her yet again...
Nupur smiled at his words and biting her lower lip she sweetly said, "Sorry...waise yeh Nupur bhi wahi hai...thodi der lagegi, par raasta dhund kar aati hoon..." and she ran away down stairs...
Mayank replied while she left,"Main office jaa ke aata hoon...shaam ko milenge..."

Mayank came almost at dinner time and Nupur just kept talking to Ma and Dad while mentioning Mayank repeatedly...though she saw that he ate properly coz he didn't like Paneer so she had made a special arrangement that he doesn't go back to sleep on half stomach...
Besides, she was having her time teasing Mayank when all he could do was make faces to her, a little cautiosly though coz he saw Ma grinning widely at his reactions to Nupur...
Nupur declared, "Dad...Mayank aapke jaisa hai mujhe aisa lagta tha pehle par ab nahi lagta sach mein..."
Mayank looked at her in a little anger since he always took pride in being compared to his dad and he furrowed his brows in front of Nupur and looked at Ma as if a child complaining to teacher about his fellow class mate...
Shilpa Sharma could just grin at Mayank and looked at Nupur curiously for her story layed there...
Nupur continued, "Aur nahi toh kya...matlab aapko Paneer kitna pasand hai...meri tarah...har intelligent insaan ko aur swaad mein developed insaan ko Paneer pasand aata hi hai...health ke liye bhi achcha hota hai...par Mayank ko toh woh dekh kar hi bukhaar aa jaata hai...maano exam centre pahoonch gaya ho sabse difficult exam dene..."
Mayank looked at the 3 of his family memebers laughing in rhythem while Nupur continued her session over Mayank at his dis-likes and he just stiffened his face with a random answers here and there...in total dis-belief at Nupur he took a deep breath to calm down while continuing to eat Mutter Paneer which was a special in today's dinner menu for Nupur liked it...
Nupur so knew it that she was entering a lion's den when going on and on about Mayank like this, but hey, she was a lioness right...

Nupur was busy reading a magazine sitting on bed while Mayank came and sat beside her... fuming a little over Nupur's teases and a little over his favourite watch which had stopped working...he was trying to fix it by himself by using his special set of screw drivers and not once did he look up from it to cater to his still prevailing anger at her...
Nupur tried to stole glances from her magazine at Mayank, who was as Sadu as ever and she smiled in between to the magazine in front of her for the cuteness which was soon becoming a copyright of Mayank while he tried to over exaggerate his anger at her...
Finally Mayank had somehow fixed his watch but his anger still failed to subside...
Nupur smiled and pressing her lips together, she moved a bit close to Mayank and removing the watch, held by his hands, she slowly and carefully entwined her hand in his and looked at him smiling cutely...
When Mayank glared at her with a curtain of anger still she pulled his cheeks and tried to stretch his lips into a smile with her fingers...
When she saw his anger fading away and his unspoken intensity of love increase in his eyes, she quickly loosened her grip at his hands and started drawing her hand back looking down while her cheeks were highlighting themselves in their ripe colours...
Mayank quickly got hold of her hand and gripped it more tightly than she had earlier while he pulled her and she settled her across from him when her back rested on his now folded legs which took the shape of a mountain in front of him...while he still held her hand in his, he looked at her intently as if asking for her explaination for her teasing...
Nupur hypnotized by his actions and his closeness held her one ear by her other hand and said a sweet 'sorry' twitching her nose a little while all Mayank could do is punch her cheeks, as lightly as touching it, with their entwined hands together and smile...
And all Nupur could do is throw her arms around his neck and smile as wide as him when he held her back...

Nupur laughed and said, "ohho Mayank...mazaak kar rahi hoon...aur agar main bata deti pehle hi toh tumhara surprised face kaise dekhti...jo door par tum statue ki tarah khade hokar mujhe dekh rahe the"
When Mayank shaked his head at her words and smiled while Nupur realised that it was now much easier for her to talk to him when not looking directly in his eyes which intensely gazed in hers because it wanted to capture every single expression on her face...
Mayank replied as if announcing, "Chalo achcha hai...ab main tumhe kahi jaane nahi doonga...itne jyaada dino ke liye toh kabhi bhi nahi...pata hai 1 month main kitne din hote hain..."
Nupur gave a soft laugh at his words while her insides felt peaceful at these words from him and she said, "1 month kahaan hue Mayank" and moved away from him to look at him and he glared at her and she laughed and said, "Okay" as if signing a pact right now here with him...

Mayank pulled out of the hug and Nupur tried to stiffen and tried to speak her mind because it bothered her somehow, "Mayank...agar tumhari shaadi kissi aur se ho jaati toh kya tum usse pyaar karne lagte?"
Mayank said, "Shayad..." with a teasing glint in his eyes while Nupur widened her eyes...and asked, "Kya?" and moved away from him and crossing her hands on her chest she looked at him inquisitively...
Mayank supressed a laugh and holding her hand carefully in both his hands he said, "Shayad...par shayad usse ladai itni interesting nahi hoti...shayad woh itni jyaada ladti nahi mujh tak pahoonchne ke liye...shayad woh meri family ka itna important part nahi hoti...shayad woh mujhe unn cheezo ki importance nahi samjha paati jinko main kabhi mud kar bhi nahi dekhta tha..shayad woh meri bachchpan ki har memory mein nahi hoti...shayad woh meri life ko itni coulourful nahi bahna paati...shayad woh itni beautiful bhi nahi hoti...shayad woh itni dream jaisi bhi nahi hoti..."and then brushing his fingers over her cheeks he said, "Aur shayad woh abhi iss waqt yeh cherry ki tarah red cheeks bhi nahi chupaane ki koshish karti..." and then when she looked down he kissed her cheek and then looking at her for a second he kissed her other cheek and then pulling out he said, "Haan, ab dono cheeks matching lag rahe hain..." Nupur tried hard to stabalize her heart while her cheeks burned with his affectionate guesture and tried to reply back saying, "aur agar aisa hota toh sahayad min usse maar dalti..." when Mayank smiled and replied, "Shayad!!!" and both laughed in rhythem...
Something transpired between the two eyes and Mayank leaned in to kiss her on the lips when she closed her eyes and he stopped short to look at her so close and remembered the other day he had lost control on his feelings and then everything went wrong...while Nupur too remembered exactly that moment and smiled and realised that now nothing could go wrong ever and smiled at that fact when Mayank leaned in to kiss her smile lightly...
When Mayank moved his lips away from hers she gave him a shy smile again and turned to start pretending that she suddenly felt very sleepy and layed down facing the opposite side to him trying to control her now rocket speed heart and Mayank smiled after peeping at her expression and he lied down comfortably close next to her keeping his hand on her waist ...while Nupur kept her hand on his to affirm his love with hers...
