well here is my work on abhi's past . specially for mitzi as she asked for this well it took me a lot for this, not t o think but to write .this small ff is in 2 parts here is the first one

hope you all like it.

SHOULD I TELL HER.?

Abhi was driving that Saturday night as usual late from Sanjeevni, but the unusual thing was that today he was not following his usual routine I. e. chatting with his wife. He was busy with his own thought, he was remembering what Sid, his younger brother had said in his cabin, in front of Riddhima: Sid's wife and along with his wife.

Flashback

Abhi shouted angrily at Sid "Sid, what rubbish are you saying have you gone mad?"

" I wish I was mad because all this is driving my life out of control bhai it's making me mad" Sid said with pain and vulnerability in his tone.

Ridhima was sitting on the chair silently listening to Sid's accusations " No Abhi let him say ,what he wants to..."

Nikki tried to make peace " Sid , that's not true. I agree that'"

Sid cuts her " Bhabi please... don't say that Ridhima betrayed me but, why did she hide her past from me, why?" he asked exasperated.

Nikki " When did she hide anything ? , she told you that she had a past with Armaan'."

" Then why did she try to hide that she is still meeting Armaan secretly. Did I ever stop her from doing anything?" Sid reasoned.

Abhi tried to mediate" Sid I think you are over reacting ,thats it."

Nikki seconded her husband " Abhi is right ,you are over reacting Sid"

Sid looked at Abhi and Nikki, standing close to each other " You know what bhabhi'. what if you today came to know about bhai's past ?"

Those words of Sid drained the colour off both their faces , leaving them stunned . Riddhima looked with surprise and confusion at Sid and then at Abhi and Nikki.

" Abhi ,Abhi ..." Abhi turned his face towards Nikki sitting next to him in the car and he suddenly stopped the car. He became aware of Nikki's hand on his shoulder and her worried face staring at him. Abhi read the worry from her face for him "Abhi are you ok" she asked with concern. Abhi tried to calm, down ,he swallowed a lump and placed his hand on Nikki's hand." I am fine" he said looking away from her. Nikki asked, her voice full of love and concern" you don't look alright baby" ."Nikki I am '. I am fine, I said na, I am fine" Abhi replied rudely. Nikki looked at him grudgingly. "Why you are so stubborn" Abhi looked straight into her eyes agitated." I am not being stubborn" he said in his sexy, husky voice , looking in her gorgeous, wide angry eyes. Oh God one can die listening to that voice , Nikki's heart hummed. They kept on looking into each other , no one ready to take their eyes off from the other. There was a sexyness, a naughtyness and pride in this challenge , both knew each other so well that they knew that none of them was ready to get defeated in this eyelock. For many seconds no one blinked ,no one said anything '..suddenly Nikki gave a naughty side smile ,still looking straight in his eyes" You know what you look extremely sexy and hot when you show your aggression to me" saying these words she came a bit closer to Abhi and as the distance narrowed Abhi's angry sexy stance gave way to a cute killer smile starting from the left side of his lips and he lowered his eyes. Nikki's smile widened in size. He rested his face against the car seat and closed his eyes and then again looked at her with a smile on his face .The smile was for the love which they had for each other that they knew how to make each other angry and similarly how to cool each other down. He thanked God for sending Nikki in his life . He took a deep breath and came closer to his wife and lowered his head and brought it closer to her face ."Thank you for the compliment, I know I drive women crazy" he said in a naughty flirty tone."Oh ya" Nikki challenged. Abhi nodding in reply said "ya...".

"Now can I please have the keys?"Nikki asked for the keys putting her right hand in front of him. Abhi took the keys and was about to give them to her ,he placed the keys on her palm and Nikki was just about to hold them but he kept on holding them. The keys between their hands, Nikki stared at him. Abhi looked at her "on one condition" Nikki couldn't believe it " Oh God you and your conditions''.what now." she ended with her mouth open. Abhi swiftly kissed her . He kept on kissing her till the need for oxygen reached a saturation point . Their lips kept on moving, Abhi was not ready to leave her while Nikki with her hands was trying to to stop him .He broke apart for getting some air. In those few seconds also Abhi kept hoding her " This was my condition ,my shona mona"and he kissed her on her ckeek and removed his hand and in a cool manner he reset his blazer,his hair.and came out of the car started walking to the other side of the car and opened the left door and looked at his wife who was looking at him with her mouth open." Move ,you wanted drive naa ? now drive , go to the driver's seat." Saying this Abhi looked at her and smiled. Nikki closed her mouth and then filled with irritation she moved to the drivers seat and started the car as Abhi took his seat. Nikki was not going to talk to him , she had to show a little anger at what he had done , even though she had enjoyed what he did but still'' ,how can he just start like that on the road,huh. Abhi was enjoying this moment , he knew what was going in her mind. Just then Abhi's phone rang , he looked at the phone number and a unknown sad expression came on his face. Abhi handed over the phone to Nikki .Nikki looked at him strangely and then looked at the number and then took the phone and clicked the talk button.

Nikki cheerfully greeted her mother in law " Hey mom, how are you ?"

" I am good beta how are you doing ?" Abhi heard his mom's voice from the other side.

Nikki continued to talk " Everything is going fine Mom , Abhi is also fine'' Are you talking medicines on time''"

" '.. you should mom" " ''. Abhi ? '? she looked at him asking whether he was going to talk to his mother and he signalled a no. " '. he is not here mom, he is on duty and forgot his phone with me ."

" any message ? '.. ya .. ya .. ok i will pass it to him '."

" Rest everything is fine '..you also take care bye , love you mom."she ended the call and gave the phone to Abhi . Abhi asked her," What was mom saying " .Nikki gave no reply. Abhi knew that she was angry with him , not for kissing her but for not talking to his mother , so he thought it best to keep quite on the issue and they reached home in silence.

Nikki open the door and went to her room to freshen up and Abhi sat on the couch in the dinning hall and remembered the last meeting of his mother with him where she was almost about to tell Nikki about Sheena . Sheena his dark past which he even hated to think about. Abhi saw Nikki coming out from their bedroom in her nighty. A smile covered his face . He compared Sheena and Nikki knowing that there was no comparison between his past and his present as well as his future . His ex-wife and his present wife , his life. He remembered the time when had Nikki confessed her love to him in Jaipur , that was the happiest day of his life. And when he wanted to tell her about his first marriage she refused to hear anything, all she wanted to hear was Abhi asking her to marry him and he did that exactly 2 months later. Abhi went to his bedroom and came out changing his clothes. As he came out of the room his eyes stopped at the cute girl making dinner for both of them. While moving towards her he remembered the way they had gotten married .They were the first ones to get married from their group and now almost eight months of their marriage had passed.

He just hugged Nikki from behind .Nikki got surprised by that and squealed " Abhi Abhi leave , I have to make dinner" she turned and continued "'. and this time you were very wrong on your part with mom..." she noticed the different light in his eyes ,as if he wanted to say something other than sorry. Reading the different expression she asked " What happened '.?" Those beautiful glittering eyes were his undoing " Thank you Dr. Nikita Malhotra Modi for coming in my life" Nikki was touched by what he said and the way he said it. In a cute voice she answered " One can't even get angry with you without your permission na ?" They hugged each other. Nikki got out of the embrace " Ok now I have to make dinner" ." Do you need help" Abhi asked . Nikki" yup sure please... make it a bit spicy ok" and saying that she moved to the television and plonked down on the sofa. " aah means'. I have to make it ?"

Nikki turned and passed a smile. Abhi who was standing with the knife in his hand , conceded " anything for you ma'am" and he made pulao and both had their dinner and then went to their bedroom. Abhi and Nikki always chatted before going to sleep. Abhi's hand always served as Nikki's pillow. Resting her head comfortably on his arm she started the topic ," I have called Sid and Ridhima on brunch tomorrow, Sid was behaving so immaturely .I mean ok , its true Ridhima was in a relationship with Armaan but after that attack on Sanjeevni , Armaan was no longer a part of her life. Still she didn't forget him but once Sid came in her life. She loved him. Now Armaan suddenly came and ...huh ... still she was always faithful with Sid." Abhi "hmmm..." Nikki continued " and Ridhima, how can she be so stupid. I mean agar milna hi tha toh she should have told Sid. On this particularly thing only he is creating an issue. Personally I don't think one should hide anything from each other in a relation." Those words of Nikki jolted Abhi , bringing back the turmoil he had felt from the moment Sid had asked him the pointed question in his cabin." I think hiding something from your spouse is really wrong " Nikki continued oblivious to Abhi's emotions.

Abhi got tensed and worried, what if Nikki came to know about Sheena, then what? , SHOULD I TELL HER. Nikki interrupted him in his thoughts. Abhi replied "What if your partner refuse to listen, if she say it doesn't matter then ? " Nikki replied immediately " Even then , one should tell if the thing is important" Abhi got confused should he tell everything to Nikki.Nikki said" nothing should be hidden".

Those words of Nikki helped him to decide to tell everything to her and he took courage and strongly held Nikki in his arms and brought her close to him. Nikki you remember at Jaipur when you first confessed your felling to me ? Nikki smiled and replied "yes".I told you about my past '..that I have something to tell you and you refused to listen" .Nikki got scared by Abhi's word and tensed she did not know what he was about to say, she got worried ,what past '? What did Abhi want to tell her ? .Nikki tightened her arms around Abhi and said "hmmm" Abhi took a slow deep breath" I had someone in my life '',she was very close to me' these words were difficult for Abhi to utter and were as difficult for Nikki to listen .Her face was blank she didn't know how to react. " ... even.. Physically and ..." he swallowed but before Abhi could complete Nikki cut him ," Stop" she said with her eyes closed and her arms still round Abhi's chest. She swallowed a lump. Abhi turned his face to Nikki,resting in his arms ,before Abhi could move Nikki moved off her arms from Abhi and raised her head and looked in his eyes" Abhi.. Today also I don't want to listen". They kept on looking at each other without saying any word. After a few seconds Nikki got out of Abhi's arms and then from bed and stood there and swallowing a big lump in her throat she said," I am going for a shower ". Nikki took out her towel and went to the washroom. Abhi got up and waves of thought started moving in his head. He knew that Nikki had already told him that she didn't want to listen ,then why the hell did he come up with the idea. He knew that she loved him so much that she is not affected by his past and he always wanted Nikki to be away from his past then why was he thinking like that. The truth was that he loved Nikki and so does she .Then why ? he knew that Nikki was very upset with this as he knew that she gets disturbed soon on such sensitive matter then why Abhi ?" he was questioning himself . After five min he got out of the bed and came to the washroom door and stood there. He tried to listen to Nikki's movements but all he could hear was the sound of the shower. He went inside without making much noise. He saw Nikki taking shower. He stepped towards her without anything in his mind.

Nikki was standing straight ,drops of water were touching her skin and falling down but were unable to take away that heat of pain and insecurity: that there was someone in Abhi 's life before her and he was close to her. She always knew that Abhi had a past, but she never wanted to accept that she was not bothered about Abhi's past. All she cared for now was that she was with Abhi and he meant everything to her. More than anything in her life, more that life. Then why suddenly he was talking about his past with her . He knew that she didn't like to discuss that with him. The thought that Abhi was with someone else pierced her heart and this demon of the past was demon making her weak from inside. She just couldn't imagine Abhi with someone else ,then why was he throwing such hard facts on her.

Abhi knew that Nikki was hurt as she couldn't take Abhi being with someone else even in his past . She always closed her eyes to escape from this darkest and most threat full fear of her life. Abhi came closer to her, the drops of water reached his body too .He took a deep breath seeing her lady in pain. That made Nikki realised Abhi's presence .She opened her eyes with her back to him. Without turning she wiped her eyes as she knew that in the shower also Abhi will recognise her watery eyes . Gathering all her strength ,she cleared her throat. And said," i m done.You take your shower." saying these words she picked her towel and wrap it on her body , moved but Abhi stoped her by holding her hand from her wrist. She closed her eyes. Abhi turned her face to him holding her from her shoulders. The shower was now on both of them. Abhi looked at Nikki's face her eyes were closed. Abhi knew how she was feeling. He regretted making her gorgeous face fall like that. Abhi closed his eyes collecting all the strength. He opened his eyes and called," Nikki" .She opened her eyes ,her deep eyes were filled with sorrow. Her eyes met his and they were now having a conversation with their eyes. Once again they were close to each other . Both their body and soul wanted to meet each other but how ,at this moment they didn't know .Nikki fragrance, her skin, her wet hair everything was calling Abhi to forget everything and to escape with her love from this world . And it was becoming equally difficult for Niki to keep herself away from her bare, hot husband. But then the words which had landed on Nikki's ears few minute ago stopped her. And that was difficult for both. No one made a move. Nikki asking Abhi from her dazzling eyes as to why did he speak about it knowing that it will make her sad and she won't be able to stand it. And Abhi's eyes begged her to listen to him. But Nikki didn't want to listen anything further as she knew that it would cause her pain only. Her eyes refused to listen and so she decided to walk away.
