Firstly because it is wrong attitude...and they can still have a baby. Its only the first trimester.

Thats what i am hoping for ... i want him to think "enough is enough" ...

but .. uh.. i dunno .. manav being wracked with guilt and blaming himself is more likely .. keeping in mind his character ..

If it turns out that varsha's push is responsible for all this and that doctor is a hoax planted by dharmesh ... I can just imagine a scene in the k house where manav is shouting at varsha but she is unrepentant and vaishu doesnt believe him abt dharmesh..
