Rano was busy in making arrangements as savithri devi will be coming to their house to ask geet hand for her grand son jay...

rano: geet...jaldhi kar beta...woh log aathe hi honge...agar tumhara paapa ko patha chala tum abhi thak tayyar nahi hui...tho mujhe daant padega...

geet didn't pay any attention to rano...she was drowned in her own sorrow...rano noticed geet tears...she came running towards her...

Rano: geet!!!! kya hua...thum roh kyu rahi ho? tabhiyath teek nahi hey kya?

said these words rano touched geet's forehead...it was normal...she sat beside geet...

rano: geet!! iss shaadhi ko lekhar tum pareshan ho?

geet nodded...

rano: pagli...hum humara beti ko aise waise jagah thodi na dhenge...woh bahuth achche log hey geet...tum zindagi bhar khush rahoge...ab aansu poch lo aur jaldhi tayyar ho ja...tum tho jaanthe hey na...tumhare paapa tere khilaf kuch nahi karthe...agar tumhe pasand nahi aaya...tho phir hum mana kardhenge...pehle ladke ko tho dekho...

said these words rano left...

geet stood up and came near window...thinking about maan...her love

she didn't had enough courage to confess her love to him...what she can do? nothing...she is a coward...she is in love with maan from childhood...she used to hear his stories of success and adventure from her friends...with age her love maan also increased...but none knew that geet was in love...even maan doesnot know that there is a girl named geet in that village...

geet took her lord krishna's idol...closed her eyes for a moment praying to help her...and started to get ready...

geet friends radhika and mallika came to geet house...to help rano...

They started to tease geet...

Radhika: tho geet ...aane wali woh keliye...kya kya tayyari chal raha hey

Geet didn't gave any response...she remained silent and looked dull...mallika and radhika looked at each other in confusion...

Radhika: sab teek tho hey na geet?

Geet didn't gave any answer...rano came to geet's room to check whether geet got ready/not

Radhika: namasthe auntiji...yeh geet ko kya hua...ithna udaas hey?

Rano laughed...

Rano: who kya hey na radhika...har ladki shaadhi ke samay mein aise hi hothe hein...jab tumhare liye rishtha aayega na...tab tum bhi aise hi rahogi

Radhika and mallika blushed at rano's words

Radhika: achcha...tho geet tum apne honewale woh ke baar mein soch rahi ho...hmmm

Rano: beta...geet ko jaldi tayyar kijiye...woh log aathe hi honge...

Said these words rano left...

Radhika : mallika kya yeh sach hey?...woh hamar gao ka hero hey na ...maan...kya woh wapas aagaya padayi khatham karke?

Geet felt an unique happiness in her heart after hearing maan's name...

Mallika: haan...aagaya..aj subah...ab tho aur bhi handsome dhik raha hey...

Geet didn't like mallika talking about maan...she kept clenching her fist controlling her anger..

Radhika: woh tho already handsome hey...hume koi chanmce hey kya?

This time anger of geet got shifted on to radhika...

Mallika: chance...bhul jao...woh already booked hey...

Geet looked at mallika in shock...but radhika and mallika were so much involved in their discussion that they failed to notice geet reaction...

Radhika: booked hey? Matlab?

Mallika: matlab...maan ka shaadhi tay hua hey...

Radhika got almost fainted...

Radhika: kiske saat?

Mallika: woh...sarpanch ka dosth...brij hey na...unki beti...ananya se...

Geet heart shattered after hearing the news of maan's marriage...

Radhika: love ya arranged?.

Mallika: radhika tujhe patha hey na...maan apne papa ka har baath maantha hey...isliye unke papa ne kudh hi yeh rishtha pakka kar liya hey...tho arranged hi hey na!

Radhika: ananya...bahuth lucky hey na!.

Mallika sighed...their conversation was interrupted when they heard car sound...geet sat there speechless...

Radhika: geet...woh log aagaye...tum yahi ruk...hum dekhe aathe hey ladka kaisa hey?

After they both left...geet could n't control her tears...she felt as if someone has sucked her life out...she felt terrible...

maan's house

maan's elder sister nainatara was very busy in making arrangements for her brother's engagement...maan came out of his room dressed in shervani...

maan: didi...yeh teek hey na...

nainatara: uff maan...yeh wala nahi...mein ne naya wala rakha tha na tera bed pe...jao usko pehno...

maan sighed and went to his room for changing...

nainatara: yeh ladka bhi na...shehar mein jaake bilkul bigad gaya...

maan's father hariprakash was on cloud nine as his only son maan completed his education and getting married to a girl whom he chose...

hariprakash: nainatara...sab teek chal rahe hey na beta...

nainatara: haan papa...sab teek hey..aap fikar math kijiye...

hariprakash: waise...adi ji kaha hey...subah se dikha nahi...

nainatara: woh kya hey na paapa...unka kuch tender ka kaam tha...isliye office gaya hey...shyaam thak aajayenge...

meanwhile savithri devi came along with her grandson jay...mohinder and rano welcomed them...radhika and mallika almost fainted after seeing jay...he was very much good looking and manly...they rushed to geet's room to inform her about jay...
