I wasn't going to upload today but the episode today was horrible and made me sad. So I had to write in order to make myself and all of you happy. Here is another cute lovey dovey chapter. Hope you guys like it!

Part 12

"Do you think I'm going to get fatter?" Arohi whined staring at Arjun while he worked on his laptop.

"More questions?" he chuckled. Arohi had been very worried about everything. She asked a million questions and had the weirdest cravings. Two nights ago she wanted rasmalai, at 3am. Arjun, being the amazing husband he was, drove all around town looking for a place that was open and had rasmalai, and found success after two hours. When he got home Arohi was asleep the rasmalai forgotten.

"A few more," she admitted. "So do you?"

"Pregnant women are not fat…ever! They are round with child."

"Aw, Arjun! Good answer" she giggled.

He smiled closing his laptop and going to sit next to her and placed a kiss on the top of her head. "I mean it, Arohi. You'll look beautiful regardless of any baby weight you may gain."

"You're being awfully biased," she replied.

"Next question."

"Fine. I'll let it go for now. Do you think my belly will be as round as Love's was?"

"That is one question I can't answer. Everyone is different. But you still have about 3 more months to go. So it might get bigger."

"Yeah, I know. I'll move on to the next question then. Are you going to run out in the middle of the night if I have a craving again?"

"Absolutely. Twice, if need be."

"You are such a good husband, Arjun. I love you."

"I love you, too, Arohi."

She was quite for a few minutes as she traced patterns onto his shirt. "Arjun?"

"Yes, love?"

"Do you think I'll be a good mother?"

"Without a doubt." And he meant that. No child could wish for a more loving person to be their mother. "What about me?" He asked.

"I think you'd make a horrible mother, but only because you're lacking some of the necessary equipment. But if you don't mind being the father, I'm sure you'll be perfect at it. You're practically perfect at everything."

"Arohi Singhania, what am I going to do with you?" he growled playfully, as he cupped her face in his hands.

"The same thing you always do…Love me and tell me I'm beautiful."

Arjun smiled and kissed her cheeks softly. "I love you and you are beyond beautiful." She was an angel in every way imaginable. And now, his Arohi was pregnant with their baby. It almost seemed too perfect to be real.

Arohi smiled at Arjun, loving the way he was cradling her face so tenderly. He really, truly seemed ecstatic about the baby and she knew he would be a great father. She also knew she was hungry and wanted to something to eat. She pulled away and scooted off the bed, her stomach growling lightly.

"Tum kaha jaa rahi ho?" Arjun asked, taking hold of her hand.

Arohi turned to see him pouting at her, looking sad that she was attempting to leave his side. She did her best not to laugh as she answered him. "To the kitchen. I'm hungry."

"Let me take you out for lunch," he offered, his crooked grin spreading across his beautiful face.

"Arjun," she sighed, thinking of all the things they were going to need to spend money on in the next however many months. Lunch certainly didn't need to be added to the pile.

"Arohi, you're pregnant with our baby. Please let me spoil you without a fuss. It's all I can really do for you. You have to carry the baby and give birth. You've got a hard job to do, so please let me make it easier any way that I can." He was really pleading his case well, but Arohi was still reluctant to agree.

"And you think buying me lunch somewhere makes it easier?" she asked, her lips twitching as she fought the urge to smile.

"Rashi can't kidnap you if we aren't in the house," he pointed out.

"Alright, then," she sighed, letting him pull her closer. "Lunch with just you and me together sounds excellent."

"Thank you," he replied, brushing his lips over hers. It was such a tender and loving gesture and she felt herself wanting to cry.

"You really do like to spoil me, don't you?" she asked, blinking back her tears.

"Yes."

"Why?"

"Because you spoil me every single day just by loving me the way you do. Taking you places you've never been and buying you gifts…Those things make me feel a little bit more like I deserve you."

"You have that backward. It's me who doesn't deserve you."

"You're right…You deserve much, much more for being the angel you are."

"If we don't stop this conversation soon, we'll argue this one point for the rest of the day and I'll never get my lunch."

"Then allow me to end it," he chuckled. He pressed his lips to hers, giving her a long, sweet kiss.

When Arohi could remember how to make her brain work, she opened her eyes and looked right into his beautiful ones. "That was a good ending, Arjun."

He laughed, as he stood up. "Stay close and keep a tight hold on my hand."

"I feel like we're sneaking out," she giggled.

"That's because we are," he whispered. "Keep close and quiet." He opened the bedroom door slowly and appeared to be listening for Rashi and his mom who were over planning the nursery for the baby. He smiled at her and then led her down the stairs and out of the house.

Arohi started laughing as soon as they were close to the car. "That was fun! Very exhilarating. We should sneak out more often."

"We'll probably have to do that a few times before Rashi goes home," he chuckled, helping her into the car.

Arjun looked over at Arohi who was grinning ear to ear and started laughing.

"Cut that out and watch the road, Mister," she warned him, trying not to join in on his laughter.

"Arohi, your face right now," he chuckled, turning his attention back to the road. "What are you thinking about?"

"About how you're going to be a daddy," she said, watching his face closely.

His lips pulled up so far and wide—it should have been impossible for him to smile so big. Those beautiful, brown eyes of his were sparkling and bright as he ran his hand through his untidy hair, taking a quick glance at Arohi. He was just as nerve-wracked as she was. "It's a bit surreal, isn't it?" he said softly.

"Very," she agreed, nodding her head.

"So where would my beautiful, gorgeous, pregnant wife like to eat?"

"Can we go to the sandwich shop near the mall? I'm in the mood for a good sandwich."

"We can go wherever your heart desires. I'm spoiling you, remember?"

"I love you, Arjun."

"I love you too.." He took his hand out of hers and put it on her stomach. "And baby, too."

"Aw! You are so sweet," she sniffled.

"Please don't cry right now," Arjun cooed, rubbing his hand against her cheek. He gave her a little smile, his eyes dancing with playfulness. "I'll have to pull over to comfort you and you'll never get your lunch. I don't think our baby would be too happy with either of us if we don't get you fed."

She laughed at his joke, feeling happier and more loved than ever before. She was a little concerned for though. If she was this jumpy with her emotions now, what was she going to be like later on? She hoped she wouldn't be too horrible of a pregnant woman. She'd seen a few that were down right hysterical from the pregnancy hormones.

Lovedeep had softened up a little during her pregnancy, letting her husband, Karan, get away with a lot of things he normally would have been in trouble for, but she was too happy to be pregnant to bother. She couldn't stand the idea of upsetting Arjun with crazy, irrational, hormone-driven fits.

"You're scowling. What are you thinking about now?" he asked, turning her face towards his.

"Arjun, you need to watch the road," she chided.

"From the parking lot?" he chuckled, pointing out the window.

She hadn't even realized he'd stopped the car. "No, I guess not," she laughed.

When she didn't say anything else, Arjun asked his question again. "Tum kya soch rahi ho?"

"I was wondering how you're going to put up with me if I'm this emotional now since I'm bound to get worse."

"Arohi, I won't be putting up with you. I'll be loving you and supporting you in every way that I can. The last thing you need to be worried about is me. You've got to do all the work, remember?"

She smiled happily and leaned forward. Arjun knew what she wanted and he closed the distance, giving her a wonderful kiss.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a tight hug. "I really, really love you."

"That's good to know," he chuckled. "Because I love you even more."

"We definitely don't have time for that argument," she laughed, letting him go.

"You stay put," Arjun ordered. "As part of your spoiling, I will be opening and closing all doors."

"Right!" she said, with as much sarcasm as she could muster. "Because you weren't doing that before you found out I was pregnant."

"Yes, but before, you still complained. Now, you can't." He got out of the car and closed his door before she could respond. He opened her door, smiling down at her.

All she could do was smile back, lightly shaking her head at him. He took her hand in his, quickly kissing her wedding ring, and led her into the caf.

"Do you know what you want, love?" he asked, his hand once again resting on her stomach.

"That one," she said, pointing it out on the menu board for him.

"Do you want all of those things on it?"

"Um…not the onions. Oh! And I want a lemonade."

"Okay. Go find us a table while I order."

"Arjun, I can stand here with you."

"Arohi, just go find us a table and sit."

"I'm going. Jeez!" she started walking towards the seating area when her eyes caught sight of the bakery section. Sitting there, on a little crystal serving tray, was the most delicious looking dessert she'd seen in a long time. She had to have it. She walked back over to Arjun and tugged at the corner of his shirt.

"You really are stubborn, you know that?" he chuckled. He wrapped her in his arms and kissed the top of her head.

"I'm not trying to be. I saw something I want."

"And what do you want, my love?"

"There's a brownie over there with caramel all over it."

Arjun chuckled as he kissed her cheek. "Go find us a table. I will be sure to get you a brownie."

She headed back over to the seating area and found them a nice, comfy booth. As she sat there, she let her mind wander over random things.

The clattering of the tray on the table pulled her from her thoughts, making her jump a little.

"Sorry, love. Didn't mean to startle you," Arjun said, as he slid into his side of the booth.

"No problem."

Arjun shook his head at her, smiling. "Eat, Arohi. Pehle toh tum bhook sai mar rahi thi ab kya hua"

She laughed and took a bite of her sandwich, smiling happily the entire time. After lunch was over, Arjun took her home. Arjun's dad had ordered Arjun to stay home with Arohi and take care of her until his grandson was born. No excuses. Arohi had laughed and hugged him then.

I was so depressed today with the verdict - Arjun in jail for life.
Your update was lovely. I wish we could get some moments like this in the current KMH2. Now it will be impossible. You should have been one of the creatives.
Anyway, thank you so much for making me feel better.
