From the precap, it looks like she is shocked! Its for sure that, she will break down first!
She got to know that she is pregnant and then, her husband awakes from the coma , but doesnt remember her.

Yeah she will be devastated and broken at first but then she will realize that she has to fight and be brave to make R remember her.
