Khushi Di I don't really understand with the tutorial how to put the sparkles on my siggi's. Can you explain to me?

If you already have sparkle tubes installed correcly, do the following:

- Open the signature or avatar you want to put sparkles on.

- Go to Window -> Duplicate on the top menu and duplicate it twice.

- Now you should have 3 pics which look the same.

- Take your sparkle tube and put sparkles on each picture. Put them on different places.

- Go to File -> Export -> JPG Optimizer and save them

- Open Animation Shop and make a normal animation 😊

i have 2 doubts...

I tried to make borders with the tutorial posted in this site...i got most of it but in my psp software, the box which opens when u type 'add noise' has only options 'random' and 'uniform', it does not have gaussian...however, in the tools, i saw something called 'gaussian blur'..does it have anything to do with it or can it be used instead? and if yes, how to use it.
My another doubt is...as u said we have to save 3 times each option we select..for eg, after we select random and type '71' in the box, we have to save it na...so when we are doing the 2nd option, i.e., '82', should we open the main image again and do it or should it be done on the same picture where we already typed '71' and got a border with that noise?
