Maan has never been one at whom fingers have been pointed and Geet has always blamed herself for things that went wrong. Like someone had stated a few days ago, she may have been physically and practically ready to have a child, but emotionally, she was a wreck. And Maan accepted her the way she was. She has always been thankful for that gesture. She believed it to be almost impossible for any man to be able to do it. She hasn't seen anyone in her 18 years who has been that nice. This can happen even in real life.

My comment was about GC's acting yesterday and not in the previous episodes. GC has always managed to capture the essense of Maan but yesterday he was a little off, maybe he had not yet settled into his Maan mode after the break. I'll tell you what excatly I mean. When he asks her how she came to know the truth, he did not seem really curious and anxious. When she told him that she found it from the doctor there was no expression of anxiety on his face as to whether the doctor told her about the MTP or not. Then when he told her that he was sorry that he hurt her knowingly but was helpless, his voice and expression neither exhibited remorse nor helplessness. Even when he was chiding her for not taking care of herself, he did not seem very annoyed with her as he usually is. There was one standard unreadable expression right through that sequence. This is very untypical of GC who can change expressions at the drop of a hat.

In the last scene where he looks at her both indulgently and amusedly when she was describing the big fat Punjabi weddings, he was back to himself and did a good job. So I'm sure his performance today will give us no cause for complaints.
