vidya was better than kajol anyday.....and i am sure like like the other awards she will and she should grab the best actress award

and possibly next year as well for no one killed jessica.

Vidya will probably take the best actress critics awards but definitely not the popular awards, unless all of the commercial actresses do terribly

Vidya's strength and weakness is that she is not a commercial actress

Well i thought Vidya was good in Ishqiya but I thought Ash was better in Guzaarish. Her performance was subtle and she spoke alot with her eyes. I know many people will disagree with me though on this forum. It's just my opinion though.

On this forum, the awards, and on twitter too lol. Basically everywhere. My mom couldn't believe when she won for Paa. She asked me, what did she do in Paa to get an award for it. I haven't seen the film so I don't know. I have seen Ishqia though. She was good, but I don't know if she deserves the award. She didn't blew me away with her performance.

Kajol was better? Do u mean this year or the year Vidya won for Paa. What was kajol nominated for than?

I didn't like kajol in MNIK. It's not an award worthy performance. She was much better in WAF. I won't mind if she won for WAF but they didn't nominate her for that because it wasnt a hit. But wait isn't Aish nominated for Guzarish, than why not kajol for WAF? 😕 Oh yeah I know because MNIK is a hit so the performance also deserves to be nominated. I love the their logic (filmfare's).
