With every step he took towards her, niveditha could feel her heart racing real fast. She purposefully avoided looking at him. Divya offered her some tea and she noticed that nivedihta was lost in thoughts.
Nivi..she said tapping her shoulders a bit
Ji di..said nivi with a start.
Ye lo .. chai.. said divya as she offered the cup to her.
Niveditha took it and started sipping it slowly still avoiding looking at him. Viren had now approached their table and continued looking intensely at her. He took a chair and sat exactly opposite to her.
Divya who had now stopped talking with vandana was looking at him and niveditha one at a time. Viren was continuing to glare at her with out batting his eyes for even a moment. Divya stifled a small laugh and looked at vandana who now was busy folding a cloth near her, with a smile on her face.
Ahem.. divya cleared her throat loudly.
Viren, she nudged him,
When he continued his stare, divya went near his ears and shouted in his ears
VIREN!! At which viren startled, almost lost his balance on his chair.
Bhabi!! Aap! Kya ker rahi ho.. behra kerna hai kya? He said angrily
Divya smiled mischievously at him looking at niveditha and viren in turns.
Viren! Koi ' I mean kuch chahiye kya?
Viren flared his nostrils at her and looked around
Han.. mujeh chai chahiye! He said as he grabbed the cup in front of him.
Vandana took excuse from them and left to go towards Yashodhara's table.
Niveditha , who's face had turned red tried take leave from them as well, but divya pulled her down and made her sit with force.
Thum kahan ja rahi ho mujhe is pagal kay saath chor ker' she said
di.. voh mujhe.. started nivi..
kuch nahi thum yahan baito aur isko sambhalo , main ja rahi hun shayad sidharth ko kuch zaroorat ho she added thoughtfully
viren snorted and said
Han akal ki ' he retorted
Divya hit him on his head and left the table
Viren now fully faced niveditha and started looking at her intensely. He then put his hands on his cheeks; bent little bit and rested his elbow on the table. Niveditha looked at him and then looked around to see if anyone was watching them. Her eyes were scared and at the same time they had the shyness he had always loved.
Viren looked at her meaningfully and then pointed towards the RV indicating her to come inside. Niveditha looked alarmed at him and then shook her head slowly and looked down.
Ahem he coughed a little loudly,
She looked up him and he pointed towards the RV as if commanding her to come in with him now or else '
Niveditha's lips hid a small curved smile; she shook her head, got up and sprinted away from there.
Viren looked at her run, a beautiful wave of emotion passed through his heart.
Niveditha turned around and looked at him smiling shyly.
Viren got up and left towards the RV without looking at her. Nivedita looked at him worriedly. It was the first time that viren had turned his face away from him and that too when she is feeling in this manner'
She looked around and headed towards the RV.
I hope he is not upset with me she thought! As soon as she entered into the RV she saw that it was empty. She assumed that he must be in their section as the potted plant obscured it. She went forward to her section slowly whispering his name
Viren..
There was no response.
May be she misunderstood; viren was not inside the vehicle. She started to go towards the front section. Its possible she missed him, may be he got out before she got in.
As she was she was about to get out, she was pulled in by a force. She felt herself fall into something strong, her hair falling all over her face.
She looked up to find viren's face right above hers. As Viren slowly moved the strands of hair from her face, she tried to turn and leaves only to be pulled back by him.
He came closer to her and whispered slowly in her ears
Mujhe dund rahi thi?
Niveditha shook her head looking down
Kuch kehna hai ? he asked her
Niveditha looked up at him, her heart beating very fast, her breath short and tiny droplets of perspiration appearing on her forehead.
She again shook her head, nodding a no.
Lekin mujhe kehna hai'.
Meray saath chalogi, mujhe kuch dikhana hai thumhay .. He said in a very soft and gentle tone.
Niveditha, did not reply but turned away from facing the other direction. She wanted to stay with him, his company is what she craved the most !
Her heart first time beat the same syllables as virens'
Viren slowly turned her around and held her chin with his fingers, giving it a little push but her eyelids were closed as they refused to look at him.

As she walked through the grass
Viren imagined her dancing with him. The entire valley was under their feet and the sky below them.

Chanchal asked viren to hold something and to put it inside the RV as they were starting to head towards another spot. Niveditha looked at viren and a moment later he was besides her. Caressing her hair, and slow dancing with her.

Everyone got inside the RV , viren and niveditha being the last with eyes on each other and only for each other'
