In real life, he will be confused really, but as far I can see MSK never bother to think about Sam now, he is much crazy about Geet now, especially throught his conversation to Geet where he admitted that Geet teached him how to laugh, how to live and he asks her to never leave him, he is much connected with heart and soul to Geet, he fears losing her, maybe he connect this with Sam that might left him, but I think he might be realising that what he felt with Sam was not love, maybe like or crush maybe.......
