Definitely misguided by Nani and then by her own insecurities and jealousy.

For a believable change to happen to Tapasya, it needs to be handled in a realistic manner.

This would be my thinking in how Tapasya may change (all of the options needs to happen)

She is desperate to hang on to Jogi's love and that should be a deterrent to a certain extent.
Nani should be sent off to Pushkar and kept far away from Tappu.
Veer should ensure that Tappu gets nowhere near Ichcha
Ichcha, on her part, needs to make it clear to Tappu that she will no longer support her. Marriage to Veer comes first.
Mai should be kept away from Tappu
Tappu falls madly in love ( and I mean really in love and not for the reasons that possessed her to marry Veer)
The man is equally crazy about Tappu and accepts her faults (needs to be a partial saint) and helps her to nullify any future plans of misdeeds.

I believe everyone should be given another chance although the character of Tapasya has had more than her share of chances.

If no change in Tapasya is shown or she gets worse then I think this show will stop working. So I hope for everyone's sake, the cv's move on to a good storyline.

I, for one would like this serial to end as it began. The friendship between 2 girls. Maybe I am being too hopeful but isn't that what fiction is all about???? Happy Endings.

Her revenge is over then the show is over. Its the lull before the storm. She provides the drama and her main revenge is still not taken, thats fromn veer and ichcha.

Tappu as a negative character is one of the best onscreen elements . I mean if tappu is not evil then what is the use of uttaran .
