im confused.. dunno whether i will able to maintain long distance relationship or not..😕
Long distance rel. are one of the toughest to maintain.
It takes TWICE as much work to maintain. But if you think the person is really worth it, you should def. try...the distance is bound to create arguments and make the distance seem further than what it is, you need to remain cool and claim and work it out with the person in understanding manner.
Usman, one cant simply decide NOT to have a relationship because its hard. That's not being fair to the person or yourself. But if there are differences b/w the two of you which are truly irreconcilable, then maybe it is best to let go of the relationship.
I hope it is the former and not the latter which your are struggling with. Just hold in there and be patient and calm. Try to understand and see a situation through the other persons eye--it will really help to understand where that person is coming from.

thanx Bella..
lemme tell u the whole thing.. i know that person fr almost 10 years nw.. SHE proposed to me few months back.. she basically is from my city but now moving abroad 1st week of december..so, the first thing that comes to mind is that it will be difficult for me to live without her... i mean v meet once or twice a week.. v luv each other so much.. but nw suddenly..'yeh dooriyaan'.. and aage kya ho ga.. i m clueless..
Usman, there is no doubt in my mind that she is someone worth holding on to. Plus SHE proposed to you.
You're the man, so you better start making a move. If she is leaving your city for good...maybe you can move with her eventually (find a job or whatever) and plan a future wedding. If you cant live without her...go fight for her and make a move--its this simple Usman.
You cant expect her to do all the work. She proposed to you...now you do your bit and arrange to move to where she is or arrange so that she can come back and then get married to her and then move to where she is. You just cant let a 10 year relationship fall away because she is moving...that wont be correct on your part.
I understand your confused, but you have to man up and start making plans for your life TOGETHER. Show her that you wont simply let her go without having a plan in place. This will also make her feel better and she will be able to rest assured that you will still be waiting for her.
So YOU need to make a plan about aage ka kya ho go. Cant expect for her to initiate that plan...coz your the guy and YOU need to do that.
Do the right thing here Usman. Don't be passive and let a good relationship of your simply fall by the way side coz of the distance.

are u, by any chance. swetu's long lost sister in kumb ka mela..😆... u both hav this wonderful ability to make longgg posts..😆😆 JK
ok, well, actually She proposing to me was more of a funny scene thn a romantic one..😆, and she is moving out of country nt out of city so its like impossible for me to move at her place and plan marriage etc.. and marriage for me is like at least 2 years away at the moment, (i m 22 years old) or jab tak i dont find a proper job for my self.. i m doing two part time jobs & completing my studies.. plus moving to other city is nt her idea or her whole family is moving and she is bound to shift with them... i have convinced my parents about marriage but she hasnt convinced her yet.. if they wr here it was easy for her to convince them but it would now be difficult as they are moving abroad.. and naturally they will like her to be settled their only..
Yai Swetu kon hai?
Love kay mamblay mai mei expert ho...lol! Been tacking it for years now 😆
Well here are the options I see for you:
1. Finish your studies and then apply for GOOD jobs. You then have some leverage with her parents to say yes to a possible wedding. Once you are married, you can always apply for immigration to where she is (that wont be a problem dependent on where she is moving to--at in the US, it wont be a problem for you to either get married in Pak. and then move to the US or apply for Fiance visa and then get married here). BUT during these two years, both of you have to agree to be mutually exclusive and agree to wait for each other. This is the easiest way and requires the least amount of work as well.
2. Try to go to University in the country she is at. Though this will be the toughest, at least you will both be together. This way you are more likely to find a job in that country as well (which country is she moving to anyway?).
No matter what, make sure the two of you talk it out and make a plan.
Glad she has a great sense of humor...will help the two of you in the long run.
