The tracks used so far in this serial have all had different reasons behind them and total different scenes leading to them.. The build up has been different each time from my pov.
Personally I believe that each one has had a special effect.
Kurbaan Hua= Anger, Attraction and desire of passion, comfortability however not being able to pin point and name the feelings that arise in him on seeing and touching her. Geet on the other hand doesn't stop him from dancing with her & giving her superb lifts, so there is definitely a little attraction from her side upon when he touches her and stares in her eyes she can not deny, however I think from her part it was at that time just a small infatuation to DHAK DHAK and more of her wanting to please her boss hence wanting everything perfect for the party, like she says just before the song starts
" ke aap mujhse nafrat karna bhand kardo"
Bhene De= Maan being lost, a change in character for him, feeling and not being able to ignore the IMPACT that Geet has on him.
"Yeh lardki Geet mujhe badal rahe hai"
Pee lon= Both are aware that each have feelings in their hearts for the other, somewhat feel that the other has feelings for them, but just need to voice it, Maan shows it her, by the pecks and romance making it easier and making Geet comfortable to express her feelings., Maan is on the one way track ONLY & believes that geet will confess to him that she loves him too. Geet having to share something important with Maan is wanting to let herself go, but cant avoid or ignore that there is a major secret that he needs to be aware of.
"Kehdo Geet , kehdo ke tum mujhse pyar karti ho"
RTM=(by the way I love this song, it suited perfectly) Maan has clearly shared his feelings with Geet, however Geet seems confused one moment she tells him he means everything to her, then the next when he has just said on front of a group of people that Geet is mine etc.. she tells him that all what is going on between them is all a play, which angers him, he knows she doesn't feel this way, so he seduces her, she puts herself on line and gives in, but that's all he really wanted he just wanted her to prove herself wrong.. Hence he stopped himself and didn't let her do anything more as they both have principles.
"Kya yeh nazdeekiyan, tumhare liye jhoot se alag nahin"
Finally so far maula mere maula= I'd like to comment only after I have actually seen the track being aired, however it goes to what I feel then I guess my personal view upon it won't change, but I'll leave it just to make sure..
The cv's do tend to surprise..
There's also been kuch to hua hai, hum tum kamre mein bhand and where's the party tonight, but on a more serious note I believe everyone must have the same way of perceiving those tracks as it was clearly portrayed what was wanted to be seen and thought..
I loved each and everyone in their own ways, all of them are my fav, just at different times..lol
A few other scenes that I really thought were changing points in their relationship was the red saree mangather scene, the scene straight after where's the party track, the pink dress white shirt and chand scene, the scenes when they went HP second time round and the list goes on''
Sorry for such a long post :-(
It's the best song sequence we've had on Geet.
