u know as a health freak....i am worried about Gurmeet...

he says he works out.....then why is he constantly getting sick???

Those that work out...make their immune systems stronger....they get fit......so how is gurmeet getting sick??

When ur immune system is strong....u don't get sick often.....

He really must not be taking caring of himself to be fallin sick like this....he must be over exhausting his body.....more than he should....and so as a result his body is losing its nutrients.....he just needs to start eating heatlhy.....and get enough rest to repair himself...and to replenish his body...

but seriously when a person workouts....u feel more alive...energetic....he must be really not be takin care of himself...to get there....
