Scientific studies say that u need to be alert and active when u r in ur 20s..the best way to stay alert is sleeping for less hours and training ur mind 😉 The more u sleep, the lazier u get 😃
Actually I also don't sleep for very long. I sleep around 2 or 3 am and wake up at 9 am! So yeah since I am in my 20's, I practice that! 😃 I guess Monica doesn't do the same cause she hasn't even reached 20 yet. I guess she'll start next year then 😆 Are you calling her lazy 😲
