The current track should go on for another week....... Shilpa should continue falling for Armaan.
But next Friday, Riddhima should confess to Sid about what happened ...... Sid should walk away ( and take his long overdue 1 month leave from the sets)

The next scene should be Riddhima missing Sid a lot and realising that she actually loves Sid..... so when Armaan comes to her, she tells him off, and lets him know that Sid is actually her love. But during this entire conversation, Shilpa accidentally crosses past the room where this big scene is happening, and overhears everything. She is completely shattered.

Furthermore Armaan comes out of the room completely shattered at not only losing his love, but also feeling extreme guilt that he tried to win over Riddhima when she actually loved her husband.

So now is when the ARSH love story should start:

Shilpa is completely shattered and finally controls herself and vows to fall out of love with Armaan cause now she knows he will never love her. She hides her feelings very well and tries to act normal.

But she also sees Armaan in a lot of pain.... over losing Riddhima as well as a lot of guilt.. And Shilpa, inspite of herself, cannot see Armaan in pain at all. So she says to herself, that since he has called me a friend, let me atleast do a friend's duty and atleast let me try to make him a little normal.

And in her silent endeavour of trying to cheer up Armaan ( without asking for anything back ) , Armaan slowly starts realising the value of Shilpa in his life. Initially he sees her as something like a best friend, who he starts to depend on emptionally. But slowly he realises that his feelings for Shilpa is changing...... but unfortunately by this time, Shilpa has made up her mind that she needs to distance herself from Armaan and also completely believes ( after witnessing the Armaan - Riddhima scene ) that Armaan can never be in love with her.

And so starts a story where Armaan will have to finally convince her that she is indeed the one in his life.

Parallely, Riddhima has realised her feelings for once and for all, that it is for Sid and only Sid....(Sid is back from his 1 month leave now) .......Riddhima now goes in search of Sid, and tries every possible way to woo him and convince him that she is so in love with him...... A track full of pranks from Riddhima's side and different ways of trying to win Sid back.

Your mind is quite good in writing the screenplay than the creatives. I think you can send this storyline to the creatives and atleast demand some money. The creatives brain has stuck somewhere and they can't think logically too. Hope the creatives wake up this week as the story is not going anywhere and people are fed up with this show.
