My vote for Rassika , for fighting for the workers rights, without any selfish intentions.

Darmesh may be right from his business POV, but he just can't tell the workers to leave and
expect the workers to think from the Management POV. For any worker it is a shock to know that they will be jobless.

My vote is for rasika,

I hope she beats the hell out of dharmesh who has shown how terribly mean he can be. GM we had a long discussion on this in kool's forum and I pointed out that when D sacked Manav previously, he did not even give him a day's notice -- this is completely against both business ethics and business law. You told me there had been an enquiry against Manav done by jaywant. But what kind of an enquiry was that? Even satish did not know about it. In fact, satish caught manav outside the factory and very cheerfully announced that he wil make sure he is paid for the four days he spent recovering from his injuries in hospital. Manav sadly informed him that he had been sacked on the spot. What kind of a partner is D who instructs a subordinate to do the enquiry -- where he plays prosecutor, judge and hangman -- but does not tell his partner about it? And look at the other irony. D's workers are injured by his killer machines, he pays them no compensation (at least I am not aware that he did) but deploys archana to tell the workers that the machines are being replaced. The whole idea is to ensure that nobody raises a stink about the injuries. But when the machines arrive, he sacks them. He should have kept them on if only because his machines injured them. Where was his professionalism when he saw his workers being injured?

Manav and co deserve better treatment not as charity but as part of good business practice.

Hey GM, just now I was talking to my husband on the phone and he told me that he saw on Star News or some news channel that a big publicity campaign has started showing posters of manav and Archana all over mumbai ...

Bala Ji and Zee are doing a big publicity job now .Apparantly their posters are being put up ....

I think this is all positive ..They cannot possibly do all this hype and let down people again .....

I think what Damodar is asking for will come true ...

See how Sushant and Ankita are going to mandir's praying for Manav and Archana to be together ...

But GM, I think Jaywant Rane is here to stay .......

I saw SBS, he was there with them ......
