I don't think the cast will be given the correct information.
If they are aware that the show will end on 20th September,
I'm sure they are honour bound not to diivulge the truth !

When I heard CB will go on for another six months, I
posted whether there was any article Refuting the rumours!
Did Zee notify otherwise?

Until and unless we don't know for sure, we should keep on
writing letters, sending emails, signing petitions and hounding
the people concerned !

if rubina was just not letting info abt cb ending, she like the other celebrities would have just refuted the rumours.she wouldn't have said abt the 6 months extension.i believe when these extension contracts are signed bet the channel and the production house then the concerned serial will run for the extended time.i wish these zee ppl would make it clear abt which show is ending.....this is plain frustrating😡

I am totally confused now...how come CB can end when its rps are better than most of the prime time shows...even consistent and maintaining above 2 trp...it had been below 2 only for some days....i think we should once again confirm the news from any possible sources!!!

also if the article of extension is true then why does Zee-UK went to the extent of even tell the last day of its broadcast..there must be somthing fishy in it....once something is confirmed..Good or Bad we shud start sending the letters...we cannot let them play this cheap tactics on us..keeping the viewers in quandary...

I think Mods should confirm this...Plss Ushaji, Evadi, Sandeepa...anyone if can confirm the news thru any of the sources...

As far as what Rubina was told about the extension...she could have been given false information and innocently being steered in the wrong direction. Why would Zee UK set themselves up for a lawsuit by lying to millions of viewers about CB ending? Keep in mind, the tv industry in India is nowhere near as organized and by-the-book as Hollywood. In Hollywood there are contracts for every little thing. Not so in Mumbai. In Mumbai, a show could be axed and the cast not even hear about it until the last day of shooting. Something similar happened with the short-lived Zee soap "Do Saheliyan". Right before it got cancelled, one of it's leads was told that the rumours of cancellation were false and she pacified angry viewers by stating in an article that the show was not ending. Less then three weeks later the show was gone. Zee TV did not even have the decency to air the last episode in countries outside of India until customers protested. So, you see, the network and the industry in general is very fickle. We just don't know who is telling the truth and who isn't.

Sandeepa, yes i am talking about SBS, HA etc, i do not think a show that is ending in some days would still be featured almost everyday and it will be utterly stupid of zee to end a show of 2.54 trps which is better than most of their prime time shows, lets see if they should be named "biggest idiots of the year".

everyone wanting to write to zee uk can do I do not mind. There is a possibility that zee india has not informed zee uk of their changed plans i.e 6 months extension. Also the episodes shown in uk is only one day behind and not few weeks as some one posted.
I am also very confusedand depressed as what will happen to CB. I will keep my fingers crossed that the news from zee india is the correct one.
