Kareena's jawline looks different because she lost extreme weight, and u can't be sure if someone had done a plastic surgery even for obvious actress like PC who has done her nose. :P we can't know for sure that PC is has done it. SO i think it's wrong to think that an actress has done it for sure. We can only speculate, we can't know for sure.

A pretty obvious nose job and I think lip implants too and some more which may not be obvious. 😉

Long back I was reading some plastic Surgeon's interview who apparently is one of the best in the world and "Bollywood 's best kept secret" .😆

He said most of these actresses come to him for a Nose job . But he would like to 'twitch' Ash's nose a wee bit as he does not find it perfect. So Im guessing she was not one of his clients , at least back then ! (Wish someone had directed Koena to him , poor gal .... When someone mentions Plastic surgery gone wrong, shes the first who comes to mind) 😕
