I think Bidaai is quoting color issue for wrong things.
Color issue should mainly arise for marriage, otherwise making color issue big for everyday things doesn't make sense. It is like going back 50 yrs in time.
Nowadays though some people still have color sensitivity(which is hard to erase once for all), there is also awareness and all complexioned people are treated well. For ex: Actress, models.

I am liking the new flow and new track but am very unhappy to see how the Cts are not showing any new creativity .Bidaai should have been better than the old track, if the Ct had learnt from their mistakes.

we cannot take examples of actresses or models, because if you look at them face to face, then again comments like "they are so dark" etc will come in..what Bidaai is showing is a common family and mentalities of common people, and really these things still happen where an orphaned niece gets abused by Mami or Khushi like child ren are present....
coming to the colour issue and actresses, Think of Parul Chauhan, I dont think she faces these drastic effects(might be faces little) like the character Ragini did

Bani what I am trying to say is, Models and actors and actresses who have dark complexion have been successful.Yes comments like she is dark will definitely come, but they can be taken like any other comment like she is short, not good looking rather than feel it as a issue.
Bani, me myself is a an example, I was dark complexioned as a kid and was and grew up with my 4 Masis.I was always aware that I was dark, not beautiful...it did affect me in a bad way as a child. But as I grew up I realized that all these feeling is within us.If we are confident and determined, color issue just can be ignored. We are in today's world and I feel 75% of population has come out of these kinds of believes.
The color issue is definitely blown this time in Bidaai, if you ask my POV.As far as my knowledge goes people are not thinking like Kaushi anymore, even in day to day's life.

Some people are maniacs or what I call "Phobiacs" ... Kaushi is one of them.

Color whichever it be, if you are confident and know how to make the right movements, that adds to your beauty... and internal beauty is ofcourse priceless.

The fair complexion is LITE ... if you study people's phsychology (specially men), they are SUPPOSED to be attracted to "lite" colors ... (thats why blondes have been so much discussed in the media) ... however, these days things have moved on ... and people do realise that beauty is subjective ... and LOVE is not measurable/dependent on color, or any physical feature.

Do you know that the sale of BLEACH (for blonding the hair) is so high in Europe? ... Nordic women are usually the blonde European, most of the Europeans in the Center of South are not blonde (they can have streaks or auburn or other light shades, but not TOTAL BLONDE) ... and the pressure pushes then sometimes to be blonde (specially these days in E. Europe and Italy).

Women are always targetted to be hurled into a race ... an unfair less nonetheless.

Ok, one last time about Kaushi's behavior in today's episode.
She says to Maamji that she is OK with Ragini doing "nyaay"(justice) with Khushi, but she can't see Ragini do "anyaay"(injustice) with Tammy.
She mentions that Ragini hit(tappar mara) only Tammy when Alekh's terrace issue came and not Khushi.
Now how is that justified?.Does she mean to say injustice would not been done to Tammy if both Khushi and Tammy go the tappar(sleep)?
In my sense Ragini should not even have slapped Tammy that day.She was just being an 8 yr old kid.In Ragini's eye Tammy gave the idea that is why she was wrong and she wanted to punish her / take her frustration out on her.
If it was doing justice than Tammy shouldn't have been slapped. But how would it suffice if Raagini slapped Khushi too?

First it was PC and now Kaushi.
I bet the CT's might have been changed one more time. That is why they are contradicting their own thoughts here.

Kaushalya ji being the naani to both should think of both Khushi's and Tammy's happiness equally in the first place.
If not then atleast she should not forget Sadhana's sacrifices before acting against Khushi.
If Sadhna had done the same to some other normal person , he/she would have been more indebted than Kaushi is today.

Kaushi can never change . How can she discriminate between two little kids 😡

well she spent most of sadhna's life doing the same..while sadhna was an innocent defenseless kid..so y be surprised she did it again...like bani said, such people do not change..its always a temp phase wid a huge jhatka..i knew her behaviour is too good to last...she is too insecure a person to NOT get worked up over skin colour..and the worst part is,SHE is the one who earlier made maximum fuss abt ragini being dark and now will start the same wid tammy..am sure, tammy ke mann mein yeh baat aayi bhi nahi hogi ab tak..now its going to start wid the venom tht kaushi will start spewing..even the incident wid malti buying diff clothes, its frankly a very innocent gesture...diff colours suit diff complexions..i havent seen the episode bt obviously a very bright colour will look awkward on sumone dusky..bt kaushi aunty ke dimaag mein 'discrimination' aaya..and this paranoia is what screwed over ragini and sadhna's childhood and teenage..am not saying society is not mean and tht kaushi is not entitled to worry abt her daughter..bt she adds to the low self esteem by imagining this stuff even when its NOT an issue..
