Why do I get the nagging feeling that Radhika is more interested in RPdom for Dev more than her need for her husband Dev?

This feeling has been there since the night that Dev returned from the Sankranti pooja on his ehsaas that Radhika is in trouble, which she was with Vaishali acting like a (w?)itch!

It seems that Radhika's sole reason for being in Dev's life is to be sure that Dev remains DRP and she the Choti Bahu/now beti of the Purohit parivaar. Does she really think of Dev as a husband in the true sense?

I was so bored of all these desi drama stuff since the last week that not even some of the forumers funny post could lead me to atleast a smile.

Is that what you think?! Hmm .. thats interesting and maybe you are able to see this bcos you don't get entangled with these episodes. I do watch the same way, but I couldn't see it in this light. Since I have just watched all those episodes out of habit, I have forgotten a lot of things.

As I said, it is a very interesting observation and I would like to read more if there are any more such things.

1) During the dis-closure of the first marriage truth when Kanha prevailed upon Radhika to reveal the truth, Kanha asked Radhika about whether she is worried Dev will lose his RP position for having stayed with Vishaka for oneyear without being married to her?

2) On a different note during the interview with Avinash in HA about his return to choti bahu he did mention that all these problems are because of RP position.

Since then I have also been thinking about this. Let us both get ready for the jhootas.

Bee, I have noticed your absence in the forum lately and now I know why. I too am bored with circles and lines and rectangles, so I get my thrills by standing apart and away from speculations, etc.

I started to notice Radhika over the noise. The premise of the show was the love story against all odds. Once Dev and Radhika were married, the different dharams took over. Radhika felt the need to protect the RP gaddi and the theme continues 5 years later. End of story.

Radha, I am glad there is someone out there in CBspace who agrees with my niggling thought. I was afraid of people shutting me up for being so blasphemous about Radhika. Doesn't she care to have her husband back? Since Radhika is a figment of the writers' imagination, from my perspective that is what is coming through more than her need for her husband, the love of her life.

Chuck RPdom, I would prefer to have my husband back without the talwaar of 3 days and end of DRP and his RPdom hanging over my head. If I can live hand to mouth in poverty for 5 years and not need much, why this sudden dash? Illogical!!!
