Yaar tum sab ke situations pad ke I'm feeling like jale pe namak chidakn,we all share such common situations seriously:

My situation
2:30 hothe hi,I switch on tv(we've got 2 so main apne room ka on karthi hoon)

Mom(just comes at that time(nowadays she's on leave)):-Ho gaya 2:30 chalo rakh liya Sony

I-I just watch this show,aur kaunse dekhti hoon

Mom-but always just this ?? kuch aur nahin dekh sakti ??

I-I love the show that's why

Mom-aaj kal toh ,mujhe bhi first scene dekhte hi patha chal raha hai kaunsa episode hai

( I bought a baba doll for my birthday(I know it sounds weird but I like collecting dolls))

I keep it wid me while watching CID

Mom-Tum toh subah shaam yahi dekhti ho iss bechaare ko toh baksh do,bechaare ko subah shaam khoon,criminals bas yahi

I stop watching and start the net(my bro comes rushing at that time )

Bro- main aankhen band karke keh sakta hoon isne India-forums khola hoga,kabhi toh kuch aur khol liya kar

I-waise bhi mujhe bed rest advised hai so tv nahi dekhoongi ya laptop use nahi karoongi toh aur kya karoongi

Mom-ek din kuch aur karne chale aur apne aap ko injure karke aa gayi

Bechaare my dad is the only one who understands my CID addiction properly and lets me watch and he even listens to my discussion(bali ka bakra) and whenever I write some CID story or poem in logo ko hi sabse pehle sunathi hoon

we all face the same situation. Par meri story thodi alag hai.

Switch on tv:

mom: o my god! Why do u watch the same thing everyday. Dont u get bored?
Me: but its a different case everyday. And you know what in this case such and such happens and ull see such and such things (since we know the story befroehand while watching reruns, i tell her all positive points)
mom: oh, really....(doesnt seem really interested, but anyway takes a seat)
after 1 hr
mom: ok thats it, now go and do your homework
me: but there is this case. U know in his what happens.....
Mom: i dont even want to know. After this episode u should switch it off
me: okay.(but i dont :P)

sorry to hear your sad stories drilabh, visrom and bhavana. even I have been through these days 😔 , Dayabi u r really smart to move ur mother 2wards u 😃 Well but I miss those days yar kash main bhi reruns dekh pati these days days due to these idiotic serials they hav cancelled the re runs and classic cases 😡 I hope 2 regain those days

I dont have so much of a problem in my house luckily. My mom and dad know that I'm not a lil kid and I'm responsible enough so they don't bother me much.

But sometimes, the scene used to be like this when the re-runs used to go on from 12.30pm to 7pm:

My dad comes home for lunch and I'm watching CID. He has his lunch and gets ready to go to office again.

Me: Kay, bye dad!

Evening, my dad gets back from office, I'm still watching CID...

dad: How can you watch that pig face(referring to ACP 😒) for so long?! (okay pig faced doesnt sound as bad in my regional language though 😛)

mom: Yeah, she's watching so much of him that her face is starting to look like his!

me: Mom, dad....I'm missing the dialogues! Please, shhhh

and I continue watching...

sometimes i use a headset so that parents will never know
