Here is something for all of you to ponder about. There has been a lot of discussion on the forum about AR bond vs SR bond. Each group feels that their couple shares a stronger, unbreakable bond than the other.

I am just going to state facts here...you all can make your decisions about whose bond is stronger:

Despite hundreds of hurdles like Shashank, fights, accidents, memory loss, trust issues.....AR have always ended together in the past. No one made extra efforts to unite them after their several separations as each time they realized what the other person meant to them and inevitably, they patched up on their own.

Armaan recovered from a severe brain injury, just because of his bond with Riddhima. Seeing her yearn and suffer because of him gave him the inspiration to 'come back from the dead' so to speak.


Sid and Ridz came together by chance and yes, one can say there was some external unknown force that made them collide with each other again and again. This external force even resulted in a marriage between the two. To this point, I agree, there was an unknown bond that bound them to each other.

Next, Armaan comes back and then what happens to the SR bond? The moment Armaan sets foot in Sanjeevani, the SR bond starts getting shakier. Armaan never intended to break the bond of marriage between SR, but the bond started seeing cracks in it, eventually ending up in divorce signatures between SR.

At this point, the bond is really resting on shaky grounds....

Shashank is trying his best to keep the SR bond intact.
The interns are supporting the SR bond
Sid's mom has already emotionally bribed Ridz to keep this bond
Armaan has also agreed to stay away from SR so their bond would not break
Now, a girl Tamanna is being introduced to keep SR bond intact....

In other words, a lot of people are putting tremendous efforts to keep the SR bond intact.

What I know of life and relationships, if so much external effort has to be put in keeping a bond intact, the bond itself is flawed. A relationship is between two people and only those two can create an undying bond between each other. This is true for any relationship in the world- even parent and child. If someone has to force a child to respect their parents, you know there is a problem in that parent-child relationship.

Right now AR are doing NOTHING to reignite the bond they have shared for so long. In fact, all circumstances and incidents are forcing them to stay apart.

Time will tell how strong this AR bond is....because if they are meant to be, no amount of extraneous factors working to keep them apart will succeed.

If SR are meant to be, why need so many cupids and external factors to bring them together??

Sid is Mr serious now, Riddhima is mina kumari nowadays, Yuvi from angry young man has started to interfere in ppl's business, JP AND Jiggy's jokes are no longer funny.
The whole essecnce of DMG1 is lost
before Riddhima came back there was still some youth element in it ( yuna moments- fighting, Sidna lovestory-like da cute church scene). They were all laughing, doin some full on masti and acting like INTERNS

DMG 1 was amazing from armaan's entry to sanjeevani, pretending to be a pateint, ridz and armaan's nok jok , ridz sent armaan to jail, armaan saving her, he den forgave her, medical camp trip: 'aram se- baby bohoth sensitive hai- especially jab ajeeb ajjeb log bahtha hai'.

after that came the unfrogettable jungle dare-armaan started to have feelings for ridz that at first he tried to avoid, he asked her on date, she invited all his ex-girlfriends. Revenge really was sweet, armaan tried to make her feel guilty which follwed with more cute moments; including movie night, aur paas scene, salsa dance, minnie setting them two up karvachoth scene (awwww), navratri (looked beautiful but another misunderstanding), armaan standing outside her house all night in the rain, patched up again, lonvala scenes. Then started seriousness again with ridz adoption news and more misunderstandings, entry of rahol and muskaan. Finally they confessed their love- a treat for all AR fans. we got a few more cute scenes- gifting ankelts, dresses, armaan visitng ridz at night when she's trying out a more modern look: ladkiyon ke nakhre senha-hum ladkon ki majbhori hai.
then more misunderstanding with muskaan involved, tensions rose and a pretend freindship was formed. finally got together after ridz pretened to commit suicide of a cliff and armaan gives into his feelings once again. after rab ne bana di jodi look came fighting with rid'z dad which became media related. Finally shanky gave in after armaan's fasting. entry of armaan's parents,roka (all time faourate scene demonstarting ridz desperation to be with armaan after he told the truth'. kirti and shunaker wedding, boxing match-bath scene,armaan losing his memory and ridz suffering due to that (those episodes really showed the extent of riddhima's love'.

AR really have gone through so much together
and no matter how much we want them-it's not going to happen

i believe true dmg fans are those who support AR rather than actors chemistry witheachother
however i have nothing against sidma fans-im sure most of them only started watching dmg in the second season.

Riddhima has changed

basket used to be independent in her thinking
she use to care about other people's feelings
sometimes a bit too much
a doctor who use to treat patients like freinds and care so much for everyone
cannot be the same person who would use someone like that- regardless of the reason
the basket we knew would balance out the seriousness of the situation and think before coming to a decision
has she forgotten the fact that armaan does not know about her marriage
and that he back in hope of regaining his love

armaan's feelings today truly broke my heart
anyone can see how much he has been hurt throughout riddhima's random mood swings
it was bad enough dealing with riddhima who was constantly blaming armaan for leaving her
and showing her marriage fustration on to armaan through immense anger and know Sid giving Armaan fake hopes

Why are they causing Armaan such heart-break when sidma already have started to have feelings for eachother?
Why can't riddhima quickly decide who she wants to be with?
Why riddhima, if not as a lover but just as a co-worker has not asked armaan how he is and how he got better?
Why does armaan have to look super duper cute in every episode and make me cry?
Why does Armaan have no friends to support him through this crisies?
Why did CV's make us insanely addicted ro AR for more than two years and then break them up?
Why can we have the old, fanatical, passionate, flawless, magnificent, amazing, humourous and perfect AR back again?

DMG was supposed to be about doctors falling in love not constant heart-breaks and rona-dhona. It was supposed to be about Riddhima (centrl character) learning about being a doctor and learning vital lessons in life that she would narrate to us. Dil mil gaye for me was about Armaan and Riddhima, this is a completely different show now.

Riddhima has changed and Armaan soon will change if they get a new girl to fall for him. Out of all the couples in TV serials, i never thought AR would end up this way. True love should be something worth fighting for but instead they show one of them forgetting about her love and the other one hanging around Sanjeevani like Devdas. I'm better of sticking to old dmg episodes on youtube-hope noone takes that away now.

They are complete opposites but by all means meant for each other. Their passion for each other is unmatched and that's what makes so many of us fans so passionate about them and their love.

Hats off to the creatives that they built such a beautiful onscreen couple, that despite a change of actresses that represented Riddhima, our dedication to our beloved couple has not been shaken. Time and again, we have all come back to watch this show, just for one reason: ARMAAN & RIDDHIMA.

In this day and age when love is considered a commodity, Armaan and Riddhima's love story has reinstated faith in our youth that true love does exist and can overcome all barriers of the society.

Your title "Dill Mill Gaye' itself refers to the importance of love rather than societal norms or rituals. If that were the case, you would have named it 'saat phere'

Viewers like us want to watch DMG as it represents us, the youth of India.

As we all know, due to unfortunate circumstances, Armaan was away from the serial for some time. In order to keep your show running, you did marry off Riddhima to another character, Siddhant. Unfortunately, since this marriage, most of us AR fans have felt betrayed and felt letdown by the production house. The premise of the marriage itself was flawed and does not justify the character of it's protagonist very well. Yes, she is a traditional girl but if that's the case, traditional girls don't fall in and out of love as easily as Riddhima has been shown to do.

If Siddhant and Riddhima's marriage had been shown as a normal, loving marriage based on faith, love and commitment, over time some of us AR fans would have accepted it as life goes on, and things like this happen. To our utter dismay, the SR marriage is a mere mockery of relationships and marriage. I am a happily married woman, married for 20 years now, and understand the importance of this sacred institution. The way SR marriage has been portrayed, I am repulsed and disappointed by the creatives of this show.

A suicide attempt on the wedding night, non consummation of marriage, lying about the honeymoon, lying to parents about the marriage, letting your wife get humiliated in front of your colleagues and mother, hiding marital status from Armaan, sending divorce papers to your wife without discussing options with her, giving false hopes to Armaan again, losing all self control when your wife actually signs the divorce papers'.etc etc. Do these incidents make this marriage normal? This is the most dysfunctional marriage in the world. Is this the message you want to give out to the youth? Is this what marriage is all about?

To top it all, the immaturity of Siddhant's character becomes more obvious, when he asks Riddhima to give this marriage a trial of seven months for the sake of her dad and then she can go back to Armaan? What kind of immature logic is this? Riddhima and Armaan are not toys and neither is a marriage a game that you can go in and out of it when and as needed.

Please bring an end to this sham of a marriage and let the deserving couple be together once again. The loyal fans of DMG will lose patience soon, because even if we love Armaan and Riddhima to the core, we have feelings and a life too. Is it too much to ask to give a befitting union to this beautiful love story? Once they are together, the creatives can still show some challenges faced by them, like any other married couple. The fans would love to see their favorite couple handle day to day challenges of life together, and in return give you the excellent trps that all production houses base their success on.

It's my earnest request that the creatives of DMG recall why they started this show in the first place, recall all those beautiful AR moments that fans still cherish to this day, and recall how us AR fans have stood by them through thick and thin'.we hope our requests will not go on deaf ears.

1. Every poll in every website including their own poll shows that AR are in faaaaaaarrrrrr greater majority. Forget the polls. Even if they visit any DMG forum or community or website I can guarantee that an ABSOLUTE MAJORITY of people will WANT AR. If they go on the street n ask the people who watch this show who they want I am sure majority will want AR. This should give them an indication but NO still no. of calls are the deciding factor.
2. Now coming to no. of calls. They started a new season without giving a proper ending to the first one. People protested and called, signed petitions, voted in polls etc to get back AR. After 3 months of struggle finally the CVs realized that they have no choice but to listen to these fans because obv their TRPs were very low. So they got back Ridz. But people still continued calling n requesting to get back KSG. Why???? because its ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT AR NOT RIDZ OR ARMAAN ALONE. After another 3 months they relented and had to get him back. The CVs and channel themselves admitted that they were getting A LOT of calls for KSG??? These people who called then are the AR fans. They wanted KSG back because they wanted AR back on the show. Then when he came back everyone thought they could relax now sit back and enjoy the show. But ALAS that was not be. Once again we are being asked to do the entire routine again. WHY??? Do the CVs and PH think that we have nothing better to do in life than calling them n clearing their doubts.??? Why can't they just use their common sense??? All the people who called them in these 6 months were calling for AR. If they can't see that then I can't help them. Now the current no. of calls are more from SR so they think SR fans are more???? What logic is that???
3. The SR fans are fresh, doing this whole call routine for the first time. So they are motivated now. The AR fans who have been doing this for the last 6 months are tired. They do have another life beside this u know. How many times are u going to try to make those people see sense who are blind in the first place. Trust me keep up with this indecisiveness for a few more months and these SR fans will get tired too. They will stop calling too. Then what when no one calls what are they going to do make Ridz leave both because neither AR nor SR fans are calling them.. Tomorrow if many people start calling and saying that we want JP and sister Stella together are they going to say "We are getting more calls for JS so they seem to have maximum fans. So lets chuck out ARS n make JS the lead". I mean is this how a show works???
4. If 2.5 yrs of running a show solely on the popularity on one couple, then when that couple is removed being forced to get them back due to public demand and falling TRPs is not proof enough of that couples popularity then I don't think anything we do is going to help. How can they think that now suddenly the popularity of AR have dropped. Its just that people assumed that since they had worked so hard to get AR back on the show now that they are back THEY ARE BOUND TO BE TOGETHER so there is no need to call n beg again. We AR fans were nave enough to assume that the CVs and the channel have the intelligence to understand this simple fact. But we were so wrong friends. Because you see they are getting more calls from SR fans now. So forget all that has happened in the last 3 yrs. Forget all the other indications. SR are in majority.
5. Forget the no. of fans. How can they spoil their own creation. They have shown a story for 3 yrs. Don't they think they need to complete that story?? Justify it?? Does'nt the last 3 yrs count for anything??? So if they go with SR now n tomorrow they pair Armaan with someone else and they start getting calls for that pair then what will they do chuck SR n concentrate on Armaan n the new girl??
6. Every new pair in a show will have its Fan following. Be it AR, RM, SR, YuNa, AA, even if JP n stella are paired they will also have fans. More or less is immaterial but they will have fans. But that does not mean you change your storyline every now n then. When you establish a couple as the lead then stick to it. In spite of all the stupid stoylines in Ekta's show I really appreciate her for this that she knew what the audience wanted. People stuck with her shows because they knew that at the end of the day come what may the couple in love will always end up together. Sujal-Kashish, Prerna-Anurag, Tulsi-Mihir etc are all examples of this. 10 marriages, 20 leaps, 30 plastic surgeries not withstanding the story of these shows always remained about their main leads. That's the reason people watched these shows n they had such high TRPs. Because at the end of the day when u get attached to characters and watch them everyday u want a happy ending for them so that u feel that u did not waste ur time all this while. But in DMG NO ONE and I really mean NONE of the FANS have got a happy ending. The way things are going I really need to warn the SR n Yuna fans. Don't get attached to this show. Most probabaly u'll not get your ending too.

I can go on and on but I rest my case here for now.

After all the trouble that we have gone for this show I really think we all deserve to be happy. I just hope the the CVs are able to see the obvious soon. If they don't then time will give them the answer. But I really doubt the loyal fans will stick around to help them out then.

first love how precious it is as all the quotes above say it is the strongest and she has not fallen in love with sid as yet and i dont want her to ever fall in love with sid anytime..as i want her to realize what precious she was going to miss and go back ammy fast

so lets do a recap as to what all armaan has done for ridhimma?

- he changed his flirting nature...and he can never ever cheat her even in his dreams..

-how many times he hurt himself to have her life saved and for her..bomb incident, fire crackers and during the bike racing to help shashank which was only for ridhimma all again. he put ridhimma before his career too..it is just ridhimma his orld for him

he loved ridz to no ends, armaan did not flee with ridhimma hen her father did not agree for the relationship because he did not ridhimma to break her relationship with her parents,he wanted to gain her in the right way and for that what did he not do-bhuk hartal,camp,radio publicity.😃

when ammy lost his memory, he was able to fall all in love with her all over again so what does this mean..love for armaan is only ridhimma but poor ammy decided to leave ridhimma for her good during his menttal illness my ammy sob sob

so what has sid done..as told by some as i have not seen things for ridz-like getting stabbed by gundas,,saving her from hypothermia,marrying her 2 save her respect.

but here lies the point-armaan has done a thousand times more things then again what bad things sid did to ridhimma is more than the good things ..which are ....sid has insulted ridz in ways armaan can happily kill sid for-sid asked ridz to clean his shoes,treated her like a maid.i agree even armaan has sometimes insulted ridz but compared wat sid did,it was nothing.sid first loved tamanna wholehearttedly then suddenly how can he love ridz so deeply😡.armaan can never get over his fist love and love someone else like that.😊.

and ar senes contain so much passion-omg-😳 sidma scenes never contained so much passion and emotion.😕that is exactly why people sent a huge petition form to cinevistaas for return of armaan and the show got armaan back even after its problems with armaanand now the trps have a reached their height.

Ridhimma is a sensible girl...so go back to your love as you can only melt in love in his hands ridhimma go soon

so my conclusion here for this triangle is that ridhimma stop pretending that you do not love armaan and he does not find a place in your heart anymore and let us get tamanna for sid and all are happy happy ending to the fanz tooo the majority i meant lol.
