I loved the description in the beginning like the servants and the owner to the entry of Balraj Maan was really well done... It jst made me see a whole image from serials happening with the characters..

I even liked the bonding of Balraj and Chah...(her nickname from now on....hope you wont mind) i dont mind hehehhehe nice name😊

those of you are confused about the wedding!!!!! well the wedding is going to be in india thats where they all live but because kulraj is going to canada so that is why they are getting married on sunday!!!!!!!!!😊

Chapter 2

Heer couldn't believe she agreed to marry but can't marry that soon she said "dad that is so soon" balraj said "well I know but their elder daughter is leaving to Canada so they are in a hurry" heer rolled her eyes and she said "so!!! Dad this is ridiculous!!!!!" balraj said "heer once you meet them you will be so happy they are really nice people and oh god I forgot to tell you they all are coming today to see you and do some rituals" heer shouted "rituals?" balraj said "heer they are a very traditional family and I know you have been brought up in London and you don't know anything about the Indian rituals and traditions but don't worry I have called your aunt to come over and she is coming this afternoon" heer said "oh god which aunty now?" balraj said "don't worry you will meet her very soon" heer went upstairs to her room and balraj started preparing for the wedding. Heer was sitting in her room thinking about how her life will change after she gets married just then chahat came in she jumped on heer's bed and she said "mum can we go swimming?" heer pulled her cheeks and she kissed her forehead and she said "not today" chahat understood and she said 'okay but mamma can I ask you something?" heer nodded and she said "my princess can ask me whatever she likes" chahat got happy and she hugged chahat and then she said "mum when are we going back to London? I miss all my friends!!!" heer got numb hearing that question and she didn't know what to say to chahat and then chahat shook her and she said "mama tell please!!!" heer said "chahat we are not going back yet because if we go now then who will look after granddad and he will miss us" chahat said "mum idea lets take granddad with us!!!" she said excitedly and heer said "he likes it here, please angel lets stay here okay" chahat agreed and she said "okay mum I'm hungry!!!" heer took chahat downstairs and she asked the maid to get lunch for chahat and she sat with chahat on the dinning table and started feeding chahat and just then heer heard loud noses coming from outside and she went outside and saw a lady was arguing with one of the guards. Heer walked to that lady and she said "what's going on here?" and the lady turned and she said "hai main marjawan!!!! Heer!!!!!! Heer putter you look beautiful" and she hugged heer and heer broke the hug and she said "I..." lady cut her talk and she said "heer I'm your bhua daljeet!!!!!" heer said "oh please come in" heer took daljeet inside and she thought this is the lady her dad was talking about anyway she showed daljeet her bedroom and she came to chahat and fed her and then she was about to take chahat to the garden when daljeet came and she said "who is this little girl?" heer said "she is my daughter chahat" daljeet jaw dropped and she said "what? Your daughter but you are getting married!!!!" heer said "princess you go and play in the garden mama will join you okay" she kissed chahat cheek and when chahat was gone. Heer said "I'm getting married because dad wants me to!!!!!" daljeet sat on the sofa and she said "so you were married before?" heer said "NO!!!" daljeet said "okay I understand anyway where is your dad?" heer took a deep breath and she said "he's gone to office and will be back soon" daljeet said "heer are you happy?" heer looked away from daljeet and she said "its not about my happiness its about making my dad happy!!!!! Anyways I better go and check on chahat" she left from there and daljeet sat there confused.

It was 4'0clock balraj came home and he met daljeet and he said 'how are you daljeet? Balwant didn't come?" daljeet said "veer ji he was busy, I'm good how are you?" balraj said "I am so happy that my daughter is getting married anyway you go and get heer ready" daljeet said "what about chahat?" balraj said "get her ready too don't worry I have everything in under control!!!" daljeet went upstairs to heer's bedroom and she opened the door and she went inside and saw heer was sitting with chahat and they were talking. Daljeet said "heer its time for you to get ready now" heer nodded and she got up from the couch and chahat went to her room with the maid daljeet showed the dresses to heer and she said "choose one of these dresses" heer said "I don't like wearing Indian clothes!!!" daljeet said "heer I know its hard for you to adjust here but you will have to please choose one dress" there were six dresses front of heer and heer picked the turquoise fish cut it was hand embroidered with heavy stone work on it had silver sequences and heer went to the dressing room and she wore that fish cut it looked beautiful on heer she came out and daljeet helped her wear a jewellery but heer said "bhua I don't like wearing heavy jewellery I only want to wear these diamond earrings" daljeet said "okay you know you are very beautiful!!! Anything will look good on you!!" heer curled her hair and then she said "I'm ready now I'm going to get chahat ready" daljeet said "don't worry she is ready" heer looked at her confused and daljeet took her to chahats room and heer saw chahat sitting on the bed and she was wearing baby pink lehenga and the maid was doing her shoes. Then daljeet went to her room and she got ready she wore a heavy embroidered black colour saree and lot of jewellery and then she went downstairs and just then the juneja family came balraj said hello to all of them and then he introduced daljeet to them and then he said "daljeet this is Mr. lalit juneja and his wife gayatri juneja" daljeet said hello to them and then he said "this is kulraj their elder daughter, veera is younger then prem, preet their younger son and this is prem our soon to be son in-law" daljeet was pleased to meet them all and then they all sat down and servants served them drinks and snacks and then gayatri said "bhai Saab please call heer!! We all are eagerly waiting to meet her!!!" balraj said "ji" he signalled daljeet and she went upstairs. Daljeet came down with heer and chahat as soon as they were coming down the stairs everyone had their eyes glued to heer she was looking like a angel. Heer and chahat came down and heer stood beside balraj and balraj introduced heer to everyone and then they all sat down and started talking chahat was sitting next to heer and she whispered in heer's ear she said "mama can I go and play? Please" heer agreed and she nodded chahat ran to the play room. Heer did not once look at prem she was looking to the ground and the gayatri stood up and she came towards her and sat beside her and she took a box out of her handbag and she handed it to heer and she opened it and said "this is for you heer" heer didn't say anything she saw that gayatri gave her a ruby diamond necklace and then gayatri kissed her forehead and she said "I'm so lucky to have you as my daughter in-law" after all the rituals were done balraj said "heer go and show prem around the house" heer looked at her dad and she felt so angry that her dad asked her to show around the house to some random guy. Heer stood up and so did prem and she started walking towards the stairs and prem followed her they went to the garden and heer sorted her chunri out and she stopped walking and prem stood beside heer turned to prem and she said "do you know I have a daughter?" prem looked at the sky and he said "yes your dad told me" heer looked away and then prem said "are you happy with this marriage?" heer looked at him shocked.
