i really hope Ridz can give a befitting reply to that term.

And i want Riddhima to say her dialogue once again- Armaan mere wajood ka woh hissa hai jisse koi mujhse alag nahin kar sakta
Say it to herself or to Sid , doesnt matter, but Defintiely Armaan n Riddhima arent GF- BF- No BF tries to make his GF happy by letting her go on with her marriage, No GF has that much authority as Riddhima to question, re-question, be angry, cry and oine for her love- Armaan.
They are LOvers, true lovers. No phrase can actually convey what AR mean to each other.

Ishi, ex bf is such a casual term but by using it for armaan, they have really degraded his relationship with Ridz.

U spoke my heart..I was angry....but yeh.....AR was way beyond gf/bf- they have a relationship from the heart and love each other eternally- they are madly in love and a couple that one should look up to (except stuff that happened after shootout- like them not being together).......I cant believe CV's could stoop that low- so yeh....I am glad u made this post....and I thank you a lot for this.
U said everything I wanted to say- so thanks a lot- it feels like I have let this out of my system too.
Thanks a lot for this

ps: Yes I would love for her to say that he is her "wajood and somone who cant be seperated from her" u can do it physically- but not emotionally or mentally- their bond is too strong...especially when u consider they are with each other- in the same hospital.

thanks jaysean....i know most of us die hard AR fans feel that way 😭 Hope Cvs can justify why they have used that term here. Are they really trying to show that AR relationship was that insignificant? Or are they trying to show Sid in a negative light?

I dont understand your objection to the term "ex boyfriend". If Riddhima calls him her ateet, thenisnt that the same as ex? But I am not going to argue about that. You are free to feel which ever way you like. But please dont include hunger strike and especially suicide as signs of a great relationship. Hunger strike is emotional blackmail and suicide is a sign of an unhealthy, mentally unstable person, and is almost the equivalent of sati. Please do not glorify them by calling these actions great.

exboyfriend is a very casual term and if u have known AR relationship for 2.5 years, u would realize where we are all coming from

hunger strike- was a non violent way which Gandhiji also used in India to convince people. That was the only way AR could convince shanky of their love. It was not emotional blackmail. Emotional blackmail was what shanky and padma did to Ridz and forced her into a marriage

suicide....yes that was wrong but a cry for help....sid should have stopped the marriage then instead of continuing with the ceremony. Being a doc, he should have taken her in for psychiatric help rather than marrying her. Fix a problem, don't make it worse..

di! i was also disgusted at cv's casual attitude , terming AR relationship as ex- something. in this materialistic world, its rarest of the rare to find such people who committ themselves to each other willingly or without a societal tag. i thought sid respected AR relationship but he proved me wrong.😵 i know riddhima should have sent DP paers through armaan but here i see it as a slap on his face on riddhima's part because i think the feeling of being a rejected women by her husband, has marred riddhima's senses to drag armaan into all this. but then who is responsible? sid never consulted her befor taking such a huge step and actually sent the DP through Jjiggy and to top it, when she was actually sacrificing armaan to be with sid, to respect the marriage.

she was bound to be broken and its good . riddhima has come out of her cocoon shell and given a mature approach to her life, finally this girl has realised her importance and her power and i hope they don't take a nose dive next moment!
and actually riddhima's changed attitude would give an impetus to the storyline as well as break the notion of commitment -to -your -marriage- irrespective -of -your- feelings.
i expected sid not to use such words. looked quite derogatory. atleast he should have not insulted that person's love[armaan] who respects and feels for sid, literally a stranger in his life. atlesat he should have thought of armaan, if not riddhima but riddhimaalso equally tried to work out her marriage before armaan came. i expect sid to have inward glances at his motives and mistakes he has committed. he is contradicting everything he expressed because after all he is a human not a saint, as he was trying to be!😒

AR have never broken up ... not one of the two said ... i want to break off this relationship and move on... before any wedding took place... all that has happened is circumstantial!!!!

As much as in the past tense we talk about AR... we know it is a stronger bond than what Ridz has currently!!!!

Bheegi..
I haven't watched todays epi yet!!! But have been on a complete AR marathon.... since day one of DMG..

Well i can say one thing Bheegi... the dialogue writers have completely lost it and they have absolutely no connect to this show and what it used to be.. they have no idea of the characters and their history.. with the dialogues we listen to nowadays.. i just sit in disbelief and shake my head!!!!!! Ex dialogue .. disgusting.. more so the dialogue writers are doing a good job of us not wanting to like them!!!

i hope Veena this time the CVs can justify the use of such a casual term for a beautiful relationship they built over 2.5 years...

Hey Bheegi, I can't agree more with your post. Fine, AR aren't together in the show right now, but to make their bond sound so trivial really saddened me. The AR relationship was not a casual fling, but something very beautiful and also something that went beyond love. The way CVs made Sid say those lines really came as a shock.

I'm a Sidhimma fan, but I have to agree that I found the "ex-girlfriend" dialouge a bit much myself. I perceive it has a natural reaction on Sid's part that he is venting, he has rights to. I won't go into detail about my other feelings as I don't like stepping into controversial waters. However, I respect AR past relationship and I don't think it was necessary on the CVs part.

Cheers,
dc

thanks dc....i admire u for being so honest😊 yes, the Cvs have lost it and also not helped Sid's character by using this term
