Episodes are shot 3-4 days in advance or I should say scenes but incase there is some problem like there are no bank episode for the epi to be telecasted today or dubbing problem and actors have to dub their voice they have to report to shoot even if they have taken an off in case there is an emergency. Hence usually Production ppl usually keep 3-4 episodes bank ready with themself incase there is some problem they don't have to suffer. There have been times when some shows telecasted repeat episode as new episode was not shot or ready.

well if they r smarter than they wont pick up on the syndrome
