Heer with tears of confusion is about to keep her palm to give Promise to Roopa. Suddenly a hand pulled her away. Heer looked at the owner. Prem pulled Heer aside by holding her upper arm tightly with his one hand. Another on her wrist and lifted her hand without touching Roopa's palm. This made Heer move away from there without giving promise to Roopa.

Prem angrily 'what are you doing here? Why can't you call me. See, how she is struggling? Go and get the injection. fast' Heer wiping her tears ran out of the room to get the injection.

When she reached medicine room, she took a deep breath as if she has not inhaled air for hours. She kept her palm on her chest and whispered 'thanks Prem. you saved me again.' She ran back to the ward picking up the required medicines.

Prem 'Mr. Piyush, you wait outside.' Piyush is confused. 'Doctor.' Prem 'please wait outside.' He is busy checking Roopa. Piyush with confusion went out.

Piyush sat in a chair outside the ward thinking 'what happened to Ma? She said she is acting to make Heer agree for the marriage. But now' he hit forehead with his fist. He saw Heer rushing back with some medicine in her hand. Piyush jumped up 'Heer, what happened to Ma?'

Heer hurried 'dotor will tell you that.' with that she rushed in.

Heer came in with the injection. Prem took injection from Heer hand. Prem inject the medicine 'she need to be shifted to ICU.'

Roopa 'Doctor, I'm okay.' Prem ignoring her 'Heer, Call Mr. Piyush in. You tell the ward boys to bring the stretcher.' Heer nodded and ran out. She saw Piyush 'Mr. Piyush, Doctor is calling you inside.' Piyush 'what happened to Ma?' Heer didn't respond to his question.

Piyush went in. Prem 'Mr. Piyush, she needs to be under observation for next few days.'

Prem is about to leave when he saw Heer again coming inside with some ward boys and streacher. He 'Heer, they will take care of her. come with me.' She followed him without a word.

Piyush looked at his mother 'ma, what is he saying?' Roopa looked confused 'he spoiled all our plans.' Piyush 'now what are we going to do?' Roopa 'I'll continue the drama in ICU while Heer enters again. But I'm confused. why he is shifting me to ICU?'

Nurses and Ward boys shift her to ICU. While Roopa is moved into ICU, Piyush looked around the ICU and he slowly asked a nurse 'nurse, Heer?'

Nurse 'She is Dr. Prem's Assistant. She will come here only with Dr. Prem.' Piyush and Roopa understood that Prem has purposefully shifted her there to keep Heer away from them.

Nurse 'sir, no visitors are allowed inside ICU. So please wait outside.'

Piyush with a defeat went outside telling his mother 'don't worry ma. I'm outside.' Roopa nodded with confident.

Geet sitting in the room and recollecting the scene she saw few hours back. She saw Prem pulling Heer towards him. 'why he is always sticking with Heer? she has two eyes, one nose and one mouth like all the other girls. What so special in her which makes Prem mad?'

She saw Prem crossing her room. She rushed outside to catch him. She saw him talking to a patient who is walking along with him. Geet decided to catch him.

Heer who came to give a paper to Prem didn't notice an empty streacher being pushed by a person. She is about to hit when Prem held by her waist and pulled towards him. The sudden pull made her move faster towards Prem. Prem not wasting this opportunity placed a kiss on her forehead. Geet is shocked and thought 'why he prefers to kiss her all the time?'

Heer understood that his kiss was not unexpected hit but surely Prem gave this with his conscious. She slightly blushed. Without wasting a second he released her from his grib. Heer looking down for a second to hide her blush managed and looked up. She handed over the paper to him and walked along with him.

Geet anger went higher. She decided to act carefully to push her aside. Geet stepped forward to catch Prem. when she reached them. To her luck Heer went away after getting some instruction from Prem. Geet 'hi Prem, how was the day?' Prem smiled 'fine.' He is walking towards the entrance. Geet 'Prem are you free now?' Prem 'yes.' Geet 'can we go out for dinner today?'

Prem 'I'm sorry Geet. it's a hectic day for me. so I want to sleep peacefully. I have no mood to go out.' He gave a smile and walked out of the hospital without wasting a second. Geet is standing with a disspointment. Her anger increased when she saw few staff members staring at her with a sad face.

One doctor 'Geet, don't run behind him. I think he is not for you.' Geet gave a angry look to him 'Dr. Rajveer, don't interfere in my matter.' Rajveer 'I'm telling the truth. He is in love.' He lowered his voice 'not with you.' he walked away leaving shocked Geet.

Heer standing in her room recollected the Roopa scene '?Is she really serious.' She replayed the scene again and again. She came to conclusion 'she is acting but why Prem shifted her to ICU.' She picked up the phone 'Nihal bhiya.'

Nihal is so excited to hear his sister voice. He sensed happiness in her tone after many months. 'Heer, how are you?' Heer happily said how Gaya3 showing her love. Nihal is happy. Heer 'bhiya, but Piyush and his mother is here.' Nihal shocked 'why?'

Heer 'his mother is admitted here for heart surgery.' As she narrated the Roopa's request, Nihal is shocked 'Heer, you must be careful. They must have planned something.' Heer 'today Prem sir saved me but I'm really scared. Why are they following me now?'

Nihal 'surely there may be some reason. I'll find out about that. you stay away from them.' Heer agreed. After talking about some more things they disconnected the line.

Prem is sitting on the window 'why she acting and trying to marry Heer to her son?' he is really worried about Heer 'will he harm Heer if her comes to know about her whereabouts?' PRem is really confused 'how will I protect Heer now?' he came to conclusion 'I need to declare my love to her as early as possible. I have to be with her always.'
