Don't confuse the stand Indian media takes with the stand India, my country, would take.

My country is first raped by the corrupt politicians and bureaucrats and later by the outsiders. All I am saying is that we need to put OUR house in order first before we start pointing fingers at OTHERS.

Go tell that to Pakistan then. They've been the ones who've been pointing fingers at us all the time. They are more corrupt than we are. It's recent that we've started talking in a language that they understand.

Exactly. How can we call ourselves a secular country if we don't act like one?

How hard it is to get through our heads that rather than "going and telling" them anything, we better focus on securing our borders!

How does them being more corrupt and more fanatic justify our corruption or the insurgency of hindu fanaticism within our country?

If we stoop down to their level to deal with them then we are no better than them - this is all I have been saying here. How hard is that to get?

...and this is precisley why we must refrain from "talking their language" - as you put in one of your posts here. We are secular, they are not. We are a democracy, they are not. Taliban may be acceptable there but no religious fanaticism, be it hindu or muslims, should be tolerated in our country.

^^😆 Look at our leaders - how much influence do masses have on them or their decisons? Why would be things any different in Pakistan? Why should we blame the entire population there for the path their leaders chose for their masses?

What sets India, the country, apart from Pakista, the country is the basic difference between our ideologies. Unfortunately, the likes of thackreys and muthaliks want to erase that distinction - hence my opposition to the piv that we should resort to talking in "their' language.

Our borders are very secure. But the terrorists spend their lives studying about tactics and strategies instead of gaining knowledge. That's why they are more cunning. Kabhi kabaar kutton ko unke bhasha mein samajhana padta hain. For long, we have tried to exlain to them calmly, but to no avail. Only yesterday, Pak Foreign Minister was asking for Kashmir again and said that Palestine and Kashmir are similar, as they are striving for independence. How is that true and where does Palestine come into the frame?

Try googling more on Kashmir issue. No. I am not saying that I support Pakistan's claim there but you will hit upon an angle that will shed some light on where their claims on Kashmir come from.

That said, it was our government's weakness that it could not protect Kashmiri hindus in the valley and almost all of them had to flee. Ab sirf pakistan ko blame kartey rehney sey baat kahan baneygi when we were not able to protect our citizens inside our own boundaries? Should tell you a lot on our borders being secure😆
