Now you are talking!

Yes, you expressed similar sentiments a while ago when I brought up the question of "what will happen to the universe after one had realization".
It gets really tricky there. From the point of view of the realized one there is no universe but from the point of view of the non-realized ones, there is a universe but from a neutral stand point of view (consciousness?) I have no idea.

I think the whole problem here is that we use our limited logic to understand something that is quite beyond us, in that we do not possess the right instruments eg Like using our ears to see. However, we can hazard a guess.
The closest clue we have is that when we wake up the dream vanishes, but the dream still persists and the diffence is that the realised dreamer knows it is all a dream.
It is said that a fully realised soul has only 21 days max to hang on before giving up the body for good.
But if they retain a bit of personality and ego, they can continue in this dream world.
Realization brings one beyond Time and Space and it is pretty hard for me to mentally conceive the idea of being beyond everything. In a Zone that is beyond time and space, creation either takes a different shape or totally collapses.

True but you can explain the entire duality theory in the same way. The absence of one explains the other.
Light and dark. True and False. Right and wrong. It seems we always fall back on one to explain the other. Relativity?
If you agree that consciousness (I) has no reference, then you would agree that it can't be explained but can only be realized. That is where I am saying with conviction that the realization is not for us but for consciousness itself. It is the one which should realize, not us. We don't exist but in the dream world of consciousness.

Yes it cannot be explained. I always thnk that Divine Science and Logic goes beyond our imagination and rationale.
But it has also been said that to get hold of the spirit we must release our hold on the world.
It sounds simplistic and yet it is profound. With non-attachment and other good qualities a person is able to calm the restless mind and concentrate in dhyanam and thereby experience realization. such dhyanam will normally last 4 to 5 hours it is said.
Realization is not for the consciousness as it does not need it. It is more for us to accept that we are just characters in the story of life.

That's an interesting take. Could you elaborate on that a little more? Is that your thinking alone or were you influenced by what you read on this topic elsewhere? Am influenced by many books ,peoples and different kind of realities in life...I believe reality is more magical than any dream...

Who is the subject and who is the object in the case of your inner self and outside "reality"? I believe 'Reality' is present!! but our mind can recollect just shadows, reflections of past...Sometime we don't see the real but we always see it colored with our own prejudices, ideas, our whole mind....

Reason I am asking is because I am not sure if you heard of the subject-object problem of philosophy. Look it up on the internet. -- I will do...I just expressed my views n thoughts about reality....😊

"What do we know" and "how do we know what we know". watchfulness is best way to know the changes, present and the truth about life ...I believe it is not that first you know and thn you do something to change..cos truth is revealed everywhere, every moment....

Quite obvious you are seeking answers from all possible angles but you left out ghosts, spirits and aliens.😆

🤣
some ghosts are great mimicry artists, some aliens are so good-hearted that they want to abduct a human on behalf of another human and spirits; they just keep bouncing on and off here randomly, just for fun.
I wouldn't disturb their search for truth even if they are after it to just kill their time😉😛
I am neither seeking answers, nor providing them. I am just deriving fun from all this mess😆 , bye.

I have a restless mind that can't be still even for a minute. And deep down, I know that is the biggest problem I am facing when tackling this problem. I also know that I will get a handle on this problem only when I learn how to concentrate and focus and keep the thoughts checked.
