PART 4
In the morning heer hesitantly touched him in order to make him wake up and felt that he is having fever. She touched his fore head and neck in order to confirm it and found that she is right. She could the feel the warmth of his body in her fingers. But it's not high fever but still she has to take care. She can't let him to have even a slight fever.
"prem ⌠uttooâŚ" she called him patting his hands slightly.
Prem unwillingly opened him eyes and found heer standing leaning down towards him. he got up and sat on the couch with a sudden jerk as he found heer standing close to him.
"good morning" heer said with a lovely smile after standing straight.
"good morning" prem returned while removing his blanket.
Heer took the coffee mug and handed it to him. Prem took the coffee mug from her hands looking at her face, and took a small sip.
"It's too hot âŚâŚ I am getting late to the office" telling this he handed the coffee back into heer's hands and went to the bath room.
Heer stood in the same spot watching her husband who is avoiding her completely. She wanted to stop him from going to the office. But his behavior towards her made her to keep quiet.
he asked for her time and she is ready to give him. she had already told that yesterday.
'Then why is he avoiding me?
Why he is behaving like this?
Why he is hesitating even to smile at her?
Heer tried hard to find answer for these questions but failed. In the SUHAAG RAAT he avoided her. but yesterday he asked for forgiveness, now again he is behaving weird.
"WHY?"
But one thing she knows very well, that she LOVES him, she can't stop herself from loving him. his eyes has done some magic over her, which stops her from even trying to be angry on him. let him do whatever he wants but she will love himâŚ.
"TILL HER LAST BREATH"

Prem got ready to go the office in a dark blue blazers and a matching tie. He was packing his necessary files in the suit case. It was then heer came to the room with 'haldi ka doodh' for prem. She had prepared it specially for him.
" aap office jaa rahe ho?" heer asked him when she saw him getting ready.
"haa⌠kyun?" prem asked her fixing his tie looking in the mirror.
"Lekin aap ko fever hai, aaj aap rest karke kal office jaalenaa.." heer told him with a concerning voice.
Prem gave an angry look at her and continued his work. Heer kept silent for few minutes realizing the meaning of his angry look.
" aap⌠aap ek din tho leave le sakthe ho naa�" heer asked him in a scared voice.
"heer⌠yesterday itself I told you that I have no leave to waste. Then why are you asking me such questions. Any way I am getting lateâŚ" prem told heer without even looking at her.
Telling this prem took his suitcase and started to walk away. But before he could leave heer stopped him catching his hands. she can't leave him as such, especially when his health is not okey.
" at least aap yeh haldhi ka doodh tho peeke jaayiyeâŚ" heer told him handing the milk towards him standing in front of him.
That was the limit for prem. He put down his suitcase in anger.
" heer, tumhe kya legtha hai⌠main koi baccha nahi hoon doodh pilanekeliye. Mujhe kya karna hai, kya nahi karna hai mujhe ache tharase pata haiâŚsamji.." prem told her in such an angry tone which left heer in total shock. dhoodh glass fell from her hands on to the floor breaking into several pieces.
Heer was completely scared and her lips were shivering of fear. Tears started to roll from her eyes seeing the prem who was fuming in anger at her. She felt as if someone has stabbed deep in her heart.
Prem felt ashamed of himself for his uncontrollable anger which is for no reason. He stood unable to face her after realizing his mistake. He knew very well that mistake is his part. He is punishing her for his mistakes. He wanted to ask pardon from her even though he knows that just asking the pardon can't make his mistake right.
Heer sat down on the floor in order to pick up the broken pieces of glass. She stretched her hands but before she could pick up the pieces prem stopped her by catching her hands. heer looked at the hand for a moment and then at prem who was sitting in front of her holding her hands.
" heerâŚâŚ I am sorryâŚ.." somehow prem managed to speak to her. "mujhe pata hai mujhe tumse iss thare se baath nahi karna chahiye thaa⌠I am sorry."
Without saying anything heer freed her hands from prem. She got up from the floor and was about to move, but she got slipped on the milk which was on the floor. Heer was about to fall on the floor, but prem caught her in his hands before falling.
Heer wanted time to stop there itself. For the first time in the life she is in the hands of her prince. He had promised her that he won't let anything wrong happen to her, and now he has proved it. Prem stood staring at her, keeping his one hand on her waist and other hand under her head. She looked deep into his eyes in search of love. But the result was disappointment. She couldn't find even a single drop of love in his eyes.
Prem made her stand on her legs as heer leaned to get up from his arms.
" heer, mujhe aaj office jaana hi padegaa⌠I have to leave⌠byeâŚ" telling this prem took his suitcase and went out the flat.
Heer felt as if she is in an isolated island where there is no one to share her sorrows. There is no one out there to understand her, to console her, to wipe her tears âŚâŚâŚ..

Heer being alone in the home felt boring, more over she
don't want to think about the current happenings of her life. She had called several times him in his personal number to enquire about his fever, but he didn't attend it. She was not able to find the answer for his weird behavior .She wanted to engage in some work so that she can forget everything. So she decided to rearrange the things in the house.
Right from the morning she was engaged in arranging the house and now it is evening and still she is continuing her work. She corrected the all mess in the house, decorated the tables with nice table clothes, refilled the flower vases with fresh flowers, and arranged the clothes neatlyâŚâŚ
While she was folding the clothes inside the closet, a visiting card fall on the floor. She took it in her hands read it. It was the visiting card of Dr. Rajeev Malhothra, Psychotherapist.
'Visiting card of a psychotherapist in prem's pockets. HowâŚ.'
Heer stood confused noticing the visiting card.
Suddenly she heard the calling bell ringing. She kept the visiting card in the previous position and went to open the door. She was sure it will be prem.
When she opened the door she found preet along with prem. Prem's face was dull and tired. When she opened the door preet led prem into the house holding his shoulders. They reached his bed room and preet made him lay on the bed. Heer followed both of them into the bed room and stood near the foot of the bed watching both of them. Her heart is beating fast as she felt there was something wrong.
"kya.. kya hua preet? Prem teek tho ho naa� Heer asked with a pause in between.
"nahi, woh.. prem had a slight fever so we went to consult the doctor.
Waise khabraane waale koi baath nahi hai. He has asked him to take few days rest, that's all." Preet explained her.
Heer looked at prem who was lying in the bed, but he turned his face as his eyes met heer's. heer withdrew her eyes from prem and turned to preet. Preet handed her the medicine prescribed by the doctor.
" accha prem, main chaltha hooonâŚ. take careâŚ. ByeâŚ" telling this preet left the room and heer followed him.
Heer, prem ka kyaal raknaâŚ" preet told her when they reached the door.
Heer nodded her head with a smile in response to preet.
"bye" telling this preet left the home and heer closed the door.
After closing the door she stood resting her head to the door with her eyes closed. She felt as if preet wanted to tell her something more.

Heer headed to the bed room carrying the food for prem. when she reached Prem was in deep thoughts that he didn't even realized her presence. Heer kept the food on the table and made an eye on him. she then headed towards the bed taking the food in her hands and sat beside him.
" prem, khanaâŚ" heer called prem in order to bring him back from his thoughts.
Prem came out of the thoughts as he heard heer's voice. With the support of his arms he sat on the bed stretching his legs. He looked at heer who was busy in mixing his food. He had never met an innocent girl like her before. This girl is totally different from all the girls he had ever met in his life.
"yeh lijiyeâŚ" heer stretched her hands hesitantly to feed him.
Prem opened his mouth in such way that she can comfortably feed him. He was continuously staring at her when he was eating the food. In the morning he had scolded her for his own mistake and now she is feeding her forgetting the harsh words he had spoken against her.
Why she is this much innocent?
Why she is not showing even a bit of anger towards him?
prem tried to find the answers for the questions that raised in his heart but couldn't find the answer for them, or instead the more he thinks about it his confusion increased.
Heer can feel his gaze falling on her, but she dared to look at him because she felt that if she look at him back she will get disappointed once again. She didn't want to happen like that, so she fed him by ignoring his gaze. Their Silence is killing her, but still she didn't open her mouth.
After finishing the food heer gave him his medicines and water. Prem ate his medicines and gave back the water glass to her. Heer went to the kitchen to wash the plates. Prem keep staring at her till she disappeared from his eyes.

Heer came back to the room after completing all her works in the kitchen. She switched on the light of the bed room and found prem sleeping on the bed peacefully. A cute smile appeared on her lips seeing him sleeping with an adorable face.
She made her steps slowly towards him. Her steps were too gentle and silent as if she feared her steps will break his sleep. She sat beside him in the bed in order to adore his cute face. She loved to see him while sleeping because it was the only time when she can look at him without getting scared. She gently covered the blanket over his body and trailed her fingers through his hairs.
Heer don't know how long she remained looking at him, but still she wanted to continue like it. Her body is rejecting to continue like that especially her eyes. Her eyes wanted to get closed as sleep is continuously trying for it even though her heart didn't wanted it. Before going in the dream land she wanted to give a caring kiss to him.
She leaned downward to reach his fore head and placed a sweet kiss. She stayed a few seconds touching his forehead with her lips to pour all her love and care to him. A small drop of tear rolled from her eyes and fall on his fore head. Heer raised her head in order to wipe the drop of tear from his fore head because she doesn't wanted anything to disturb his peaceful sleep.
But she was unaware of the fact that a single drop of tear can't make him open his eyes not only from his sleep but also from his ignorance about the depth of her love.

In the mid night prem got up from the bed to drink some water. It was then he saw heer sleeping beside him keeping her legs on the floor and her head on the bed. It was too cold and she was shivering in cold as she didn't use any blanket. Prem took the blanket and covered her body. But still he didn't feel satisfied. She is sleeping in the floor to take care of him. This thought brought prem into action.
" heerâŚ" prem called her by patting on her hands.
Heer slowly opened her eyes and found prem sitting in the bed. She was afraid by seeing prem sitting in the bed at the midnight. heer started to ask him many questions without even taking breath
" kya hua premâŚ. Kuch chahiye thaaâŚ.aap theek tho ho naa⌠main doctor ko phone kaâŚ". But she stopped suddenly when prem kept his finger on her lips.
Heer looked into his eyes with lots of passion and expecting same passion back from him. She came to her senses when prem took his fingers back from her lips.
" heer, tum waha kyun so rahi ho?" prem asked her. he continued as heer remained silent. "aayo, yeha bed may aake sao jaaoâŚ" prem ordered her pointing to the place beside him.
Heer was totally shocked at his words, she couldn't believe her ears. her prince is inviting her to share his bed.
" heer kaha kho gayi ho" prem asked her while drinking water from the jug.
Heer made her steps towards the bed. A cute smile is playing on her face. She was trying hard to hide her face as she doesn't want prem to see her cheek going pink. Finally she reached her destination of his bed and lay on it. She was lying with her back facing him as she don't wanted to look at him. She was afraid whether she will have any naughty thoughts if she faces him.
On the other side prem was also lying facing away from her. And finally they shared same bed for the first time on that night.
He has kept his promise to the mom that he will marry heer, but his promise is not complete. Just by making heer wear a mangalsuthra or by living under the same roof she can't be his wife. They have to enter into a new relationship in which they have to share everything, including their dreams, desires and LOVE.
But will he be able to lead a life with heer like that?
he had also promised that he will keep heer always happy. But he didn't give her any happiness till now and he can't give her the happiness which she is expecting from her husband. He is cheating her. NO. He can't cheat an innocent girl like heer. he has to tell the truth to her, otherwise 'mom' won't forgive him.
how long he can hide the truth from her?
But how can he tell her such big thing?
Will she be able to bear it?
But ant way he can't hide that truth from her anymore. He has to tell the truth as soon as possible.
BUT HOW???

Next day heer got up from the sleep when the first rays of sun fall on her face. She turned towards prem and opened her eyes to see the face of her prince. A cute smile appeared on her face seeing her prince beside her. she touched his fore head to check his temperature. She felt relieved when she found that fever is over.
She was very happy today because she had slept with prem yesterday and she felt confidence that she can change his mind soon.
She got up from the bed and went towards the window. She opened the window with her both hands. she felt the nature very much lovable today. The sun is just rising up to spread the light of love all around the world. The flowers are blooming to spread the fragrance of love. Birds are singing the songs praising love and the wind is blowing to pass the message of their love.
Prem didn't go to office since doctor had asked him to take rest. In the morning before going to the office preet and meher along with gungun came to enquire about prem's health. Heer was so happy to see gungun along with preet and meher. She took gungun in her hands and started playing with her where preet and meher went to meet prem.
Prem was in his room reading some business magazines as it was boring for him. He hated to stay idle especially lying in the bed.
" prem, kaise ho?" preet asked prem while entering the room.
Prem looked up when he heard the voice of preet.
"Haa⌠main theek hoomâŚ" prem answered keeping the book down.
They had a few more casual talks and preet and meher got up to go as it is getting late for them. Prem followed them towards the door. When they reached the living room they found heer playing with gungun. Prem stood there watching her.
Heer took one rose from the flower vase kissed it and handed it to gungun. Gungun started to play with the rose and then again handed it to heer. Heer took it from her hands with a childish smile and kissed her both cheeks. Her smile is too nice to watch.
Unknowingly a smile appeared on prem's lips seeing heer's childishness. He felt that she is sweeter than the rose in her hands and more innocent than gungun. Suddenly the smile vanished from his face when he thought about the truth that he is hiding from heer.
No, he can't cheat her any more, he has to tell her the truth today itself.
