You have to look at it from a Muslim pov. Everything good and everything bad has been laid out to you by Allah. Allah has given Muslims the perfect system, it gives details on everything, even on toilet etiquette. For instance - you have to use the left foot to enter the toilet, and right foot to exit the toilet. You can't use the right hand when urinating or wiping your arse.

When entering the toilet, a Muslim must recite this prayer - "" O Allah, I seek Your protection from the male and female devils."

When exiting the toilet, they have to recite this prayer - "I seek your pardon. Praise be to Allah who removed from me discomfort."

When everything is laid out to you, what is the need to think?

Muslims are supposed to consult the Sunnah before doing anything, the Sunnah basically consists of the Quran, Hadiths and Sira.
