I thought I had lost interest in Mayur and MJHT in general because MN are the only ones that tied me to the show. I was pleasantly surprised.
Let me start of by Nupur trying to catch the bus, She lost hope only to open her eyes and find herself in his arms. The relief and the joy that he didn't leave. She has a chance to say what she should have said not imagined. And she said it in a single breath waiting for his response . She was done , he didn't respond. She didn't know what to do her only choice was to go back and that she did. I loved Mayu here , he actually waited for her to go some distance and called her and told her ILU for everyone to hear and he proclaimed his love as per her wishes. The hug was magical for me. I was mesmerized because they found each other yet again, for her lost love returned and had to reach him and she ran into his streched arms. The sheer contentment and relief that they are together again. You know what I loved the most the way he held her hand and took her to his mother. In a sense for the first time he officially introduced her as his girlfriend. Again the emotions and the expressions shown by the actors were remarkably high caliber. And he stayed back for a day. What does a girl in love wants, her unasked wish fulfilled . The smile returned and he would do anything to see her wonderful smile. Aren't these two perfect.
The infamous Barn scene. I loved it. Because I wasn't looking for where they were leading to but why they were leading that way. It did started of with nok-jhok and nautanki. Funny for a serious guy , didn't he just play along with her and he actually told her that they would have a home together. The assurance and the confidence that he offered answered her questions. As silly as it seemed, they wanted happy memories together. They had a bitter fight and they broke up (well, almost) and once they reunited why dwell on the past. And they didn't.
The Proximity. mayank by mature is a reserved guy and his emotions are well controlled. All gaurds were down , no defenses left and no ego rearing its head.They were just there two lovers .He was mesmerized by her beauty, and felt drawn towards her . She knew and she was drawn too.
Toh manana bhi padega....he just assured her he will not leave her side and will win her time and time again. A perfect lover. He was so gentle and made sure he is not hurting her feelings . The gaze and the love shown in his eyes made Nupur oblige. Her feminity was putting boundaries on her and yet she couldn't help . And they realized this may be the only day they will be together. What started as a play now has turned a notch up because now both are left with raw emotions . Trust..they both knew that they are for each other. Happiness...the misunderstandings gone, no fights and their love is out in the open. She is taken. She is taken hmmmm..by him right. She is his and he is hers. Love , what they have been trying to contain and deny themselves past few days noe resurfaced tenfold. And Pain...he has to leave and they will be alone .They have become integral part of each other and now will be separated. Fear....will we ever see each other again.
In the midst of unleashed emotions and they were intimate. and why can't they be. I will come to that. This is my fav part..even in the strong current of attraction and emotions he asked her is this Okay.. A perfect gentle man and a very good friend. He cared for her and the after math of that evening. And the hug...She said everything. And her answer, yes, because that is what she felt. She needed to have those memories , something to cherish while he is away, new memories embarking new part of their life . And she chose those moments because these are exclusive for them. They had no time and heart aches for each other . Logical mind will say it is not like he is leaving forever...try telling that to a a girl whi is in madly love with him and is now feels vulnearable in the hands of her love.
The need for Intimcay... I can give you many but in this situation, It is not a planned event. It happens most certainly it happens and in this case it was romantic, emotional and sensual. I didn't think it was needed or not I only thought they as a couple needed that to overcome the hurdle infront of them. They needed to get lost in each other to find themselves again. Funny not at a single point I was thinking them as fictional characters because it is pertty similar to real life. When I say that I mean feelings. They didn't know what is in store for them tomorrow they only had this time with them and the time they wanted to make it special and they did.
And yes he kissed her...They sealed it with the kiss.....
Long post short......ArTi as MN totally were in characters and brillinat performaces by them gave me wonderful warm feelings to heartwrenching , throat choking sorrow of seperation. The assurance , the promise, the trust and confidence and above all pure, unadultrated love made it truly a nice week to watch MN.
