But you have to also admit that it received a very serious backlash as well and NO, I do not think that those poor security officers will have any interest in the film. They care two hoots about most of our stars and their "massive issues". Let us not overestimate our desi stars. We have already been made a butt of all comedy shows there courtesy this incident :-X
IN all honesty, from whatever I have observed.,i feel it has turned away some die hard fans as well (Sense does prevail)

PGKS - For some reason I do not have GREAT hopes but il be very happy if it does well. The chemistry bw the lead couple does not interest me one bit but I hope it gets the media interested.

Honesstly, I dont have great hopes from PGKS so I doubt itl work if released solo. (No hopes from MNIK either for me)

However - In the past, whenever overhyped large scale films flop /do not live up to the hype , small budgted films releasing on the same day do well irrespective of how they are.

A friend of mine (working in the media) met Rajeev last week. (He was in Delhi) and gave me a short update via sms a couple of hrs back!

Not for once did I say that it will be a flop. Im just saying that for those who may find the film not as good as its promised (as its hyped up) , PGKS will find its audience!

Just as any large budget /overhyped film does not meet its expectations - Blue, KI are 2 recent egs.

I would have said the same if it released with 3 Idiots too.

If Peter is a good movie, it will do well. why are you so negative about it? I somehow think RL duo would be good ! ( Of course not as great as RN) .

I only hope Ronnie Screwwalla who visited TIFF is impressed by Canadian fans and screens this movie here too.
