Guys this is the article which is published in todays Deccan Chronicle, supplement Hyderabad Chronicle there is a article about Rajeev... I'am typing the article for you all..RK is talking about his favorite bhindi masala and also has given the sabzi's recipe..:)

Rajeev Khandelwal's Bhindi Masala

When I'am in the mood for something light, fuss-free and simple, I just rustle up some bhindi masala with phulkas. It's my favorite comfort food.
Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1 large chopped onion
10 cloves garlic, minces
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp ground cumin
250 gms bhindi (ladies finger)

Method
Hat oil in a deep pan. Add onion, garlic and chillies and fry on medium heat till it turns brown. Add tumeric and cumin and fry again for two minutes. Finally add bhindi, salt and mix properly. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis.

Farhan, Abhay tagged green

IANS 1 November 2009, 12:00am IST Bollywood celebrities like Gulzar, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol have been tagged 'green hearts' after they signed up for British aid agency Oxfam India's message on climate change Friday at the 11th annual Osian's Cinefan Film Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema here.

The "green hearts" will be voicing their opinions and fighting for various causes of climate change, said a press release from Oxfam India.

The agency has set up a green corner with a green carpet to promote causes associated with climate change at the film festival. It has been endorsed by a lot of other celebrities like Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Amol Gupte, Rajeev Khandelwal, et al.

Bollywood actor Rahul Bose was the first Indian to become the global ambassador of the international NGO. In 2007, he joined the elite company of actresses Scarlett Johansson, Helen Mirren and singer Annie Lennox who are also associated with Oxfam's green cause.
