'I love you' Kasturi said and hugged him again allowing her tears roll down her cheeks freely.

'I love you too' responded Robbie as they both stood happily and relieved in a warm loving embrace.

Robbie and Kasturi were lost in their newly found beautiful world in each other's arms.

Soon they parted from the embrace and Robbie cupped kasturi's face wiping her tears.

'Arey ab kyun ro rahi ho? Ab tho ring bhi pehna di...achi nahi lagi kya?? Aur bade heere wali chahiye?' he teased her trying to cheer her up

Kasturi smiled shaking her head.

'Sir aap ka haath' she said shocked noticing his hand was still bleeding quite alot. She quickly tore a piece of her duppatta.

'Oye tum kapre kyun phar rahi ho? Meine kuch nahi kiya' Robbie said backing away getting worried

'Uffo yaha ao' she said moving towards him

'Nahi nahi, dekho kasturi agar tumhe mujhse pyaar nahi naa sahi, mein tumhe kuch nahi kaho ga lekin please mujhpe aisa zulm math karna' Robbie said hiding behind the table

'Agar tum abhi yaha nahi aye naa tho mein...mein...cheekh cheekh ke yaha sab ko bula logi!!' kasturi threatened

He hesistatedly came towards kasturi and stood at a short distance from her.

Kasturi pulled him by his arm and Robbie responded with a scared look and closed his eyes.

She lifted his right hand and tied the piece of dupatta around his wound tightly.

Robbie opened his eyes and looked at his bandaged hand confused

'Bas ho gaya. Aise hi itna shor machaya huwa tha bacho ki tarah' she said

Robbie looked at his hand again and then at kasturi

'Tumne isleye apna dupata phara?' he asked her

'Haan'

Robbie hit his forehead 'Ooooooooo, mein samjha.....' he said feeling stupid

'Kya samjhe?' she said raising her eyebrows

'Hmm nahi kuch nahi'

'Arey bolo na kya samjhe?'

'Nahi woh....mein samjha...tum apne kapre.....' he spoke

Just then the door flung open. Robbie and kasturi looked towards the door shockingly.

It was nandini.

'Arey kasturi tum yahan ho aur mein tumhe pure ghar mein dhoond rahi ho' nandini exclaimed

'Ji woh....' Kasturi hesitated

'Tum yaha Robbie ke kamre mey kya kar rahi thi?' she asked

'Ji...woh...mein....' kasturi looked at Robbie for help

'Yeh kya huwa?!!' gasped nandini as the broken mirror pieces suddenly caught her eye

'Aunty wohi tho, yeh sheesha toot gaya isleye maine kasturi ko bulaya isko uthane ke liye haina kasturi' Robbie quickly said

'Haan aunty...'

'Peeche hatho tum dono...tum pagal ho gaye ho Robbie, kasturi yeh uthaye gi? Agar usko lag gayi tho?? Chalo tum dono niklo yaha se mein nandu se keh ke saaf karwathi ho'

Robbie and kasturi nodded their heads and left the room like well behaved children whilst nandini went off to find nandu to clear the mess.

'Acha mein chalthi ho' said kasturi

'Kaha?' asked Robbie feeling sad

'Ghar'

'Kyun? Tum party mein nahi ao gi kya?' he inquired

'Haan ao gi lekin abhi party mey time hai na tho mujhe ghar jaa ke thora kaam bhi karna hai.' She explained

'Math jao na' he frowned brining kasturi's hand closer to his chest

'Oho chaar gehntho ki tho baat hai..mein waapis aa jao gi na' she said assuringly

'Chaar gehnte!!!!!' Robbie exclaimed

'Kasturi tumhe pata bhi hai chaar gehnte mey kitne pal hotha hai!!! 14400!!!!!'

'Itne saare pal tumhare beger....main kya karo ga, kaise guzaro ga' he said sadly looking down

Kasturi looked around to see if anyone was around and then quickly pecked his cheek

Robbie was pleasantly stunned at kasturi's sudden action

'Bye!!' she smiled and hurried towards the stairs before Robbie could grab her but too late. Robbie grabbed her hand turning her around.

'Kya huwa?' she said mischieviously

'Maine bola chaar gehnto mey 14400 pal hothe hai' Robbie replied with equal mischievness

'Haan tho'

'Tho un pal ka hisaab tho do'

'Abhi diya na' she said blushing

'Kasturi...tumne sirf ek diya...tho 14399 baaki hai na...har pal ki ek kiss' he said bouncing his eyebrows up and down and grinning widely showing his dimples

Kasturi widened her eyes at him

'Do na'

'Arey pagal ho gaye ho..choro mujhe' she said trying to release her hand

'Please de do na' he said pulling kasturi closer to him

'Chorooo' she giggled 'koi aa jaye ga'

'Koi nahi aatha..tum do' he said pushing her hands behind her back and pulling her against his chest

'Robbieeeeee' nandini called

Robbie immediately let go of kasturi and kasturi taking advantage ran downstairs

'Baaki ki 14399, 14399 pal ke baad hi mille ge' she called from downstairs showing her thumb to him

'Kasturiiiii.....'

Kasturi ran out and took a taxi to her house.

A few hours later the party had started. All the guests had almost arrived. The family members were also ready and at the party welcoming the guests.

'Yeh kasturi ab thak nahi ayi' Robbie said looking towards the door again and again

'Aa jaye gi..sabar kar' said raunak

'5 gehnte hoge hai ab thak nahi ayi..dekh na raunak mom aur dad bhi aathe hoge!!'

'Uffo aa jaye gi aa jaye gi itna bechain kyun ho raha hai...don't worry' Raunak kept giggling seeing robbie's anxiety

'Daanth kya dikha raha hai tu huh?' said Robbie getting annoyed

Raunak giggled

'Aur tune mujhe apne plan ke bare mey bataya kyun nahi huh?'

Raunak continued giggling

'Has kyun raha hai...mujhe bataya kyun nahi...pata hai kya ho sakhtha tha agar mein sahi time pe samajh nahi jaatha tho'

'Huwa tho nahi na' said raunak

'Ho jaatha tho.....tera plan ulta ho jaatha tho?'

'Impossible! Aisa ho hi nahi sakhtha. Raunak Sighaniya ka plan kabhi bhi flop nahi ho sakhtha. Karan Johar ki film flop ho sakhthi hai lekin Raunak Sighaniya ka plan....never' he said lifting his collar

'Oo hoo itna confidence' Robbie said patting Raunak's shoulder

Raunak winked at him

'Lekin ye kasturi ab thak kyun nahi ayi' he said looking at his watch and then at the door again and again.'

'Aa jaye gi yaar..relax'

'Dekhna ek ghenta late hoye hai na ab mein use uska hisaab lo ga...14399 ke bijai.....' Robbie began counting on his fingers

'Yeh tu kya kar raha hai robbie' asked raunak confused watching Robbie counting on his fingers

'Taare gin rahe hai?' he chuckled

'Ssshh disturb math kar' Robbie said concentrating on his fingers

'17999!!!!!' he yelled ecstatically

'Kya?? 17999??' said raunak

Uh.....nahi...haan...woh 17999....17999 dafa kasturi se uthak bethak kar wao ga late aane ke liye' Robbie said

Raunak gave Robbie a weird look

'Robbie tujhe char gaye hai kya? Tune party shuru hone se pehle hi pee li?'

'Rau...naaaak....' Robbie said lifting his fist to punch him

'Kasturi' Raunak said quickly

'Kya?'

'Kasturi' he said pointing towards the door

Robbie followed raunak's finger and as soon as his gaze fell towards the door his heart skipped a beat.

There she was standing by the door looking so innocent. Her eyes were searching for someone, someone special. The dim lighting made her face glow making her look even more enchanting. She looked like a divine mermaid in the sea green anarkali suit.

Her eyes finally found who they were searching for and she smiled at him.

Kasturi walked upto Robbie and Raunak and greeted them.

'Good evening' she chirped

'Good evening kasturi. Tum bohat achi lag rahi ho, haina Robbie?' said raunak

Robbie was still constantly staring at her admiringly which made kasturi slightly nervous as she tucked her locks behind her ear looking down.

'Robbie, Robbie..' raunak nudged him

'Huh?' he said coming out of his thoughts

'Kasturi bohat achi lag rahi hai na?!'

Robbie looked at kasturi. He was speechless; he could not help but just nod hypnotically.

Both raunak and kasturi laughed at his actions making Robbie feel like an idiot

'Acha kasturi tum itni late kyun ho gayi..pata hai Robbie tumhara kab se intezaar kar raha tha' raunak said

Kasturi smiled at Robbie

'Woh navneet ko kuch books chahiye thi college ke liye tho mein usko library le gayi thi isleye thora time lag gaya' kasturi explained

'Oo acha, well ab pata nahi Robbie tumhe saza de ga ya nahi'

'Saza kaisi saza?' she asked confused

'Late aane ki...tumhari punishment 14399 se 17999 thak promote ho gayi hai' raunak chuckled

Kasturi looked at raunak shockingly and then looked at Robbie angrily

'Waise kasturi i hope tum khaa ke tho ayi ho gi' said raunak

'kyun?'

'Kyunki itni dafa karne ke liye tumhe energy chahiye hogi na' raunak winked

Robbie shook his hands and head at raunak to say 'no' but raunak continued

'Tum itne saare karthe karthe thak jao gi...aur yeh Robbie bhi bohat ziddi hai tumse saare ke saare 17999 karwa ke rahe ga' raunak laughed.

Robbie smacked his head. Kasturi eye's kept widening in shock and anger whilst Robbie gave her the pleading look.

'Acha mein mehmaano ko dekhe aatha ho thab thak tum dono aapas mey decide karlo kaun kis se kitni baar kar waye ga' he winked and left Robbie and kasturi alone

Kasturi looked at Robbie angrily

'14399??!! 17999??!!' she said angrily

'Nahi kasturi jaisa tum samajh rahi ho waise nahi hai'

'Tho kaisa hai?'

'Usko meine keh diya ke mein tumse 14399 ki bijai 17999 dafa uthak bethak karwao ga'

'Uthak bethak?'

'haan agar kiss ketha tho thora weird hotha nai?!'

'Lekin 17999 dafa kyun?' she asked

'Kyunki tum 1 gehnta late ayi ho isleye uska jarmana bhi bhar na parega'

Kasturi widened her eyes at him

'Aisa kya dekh rahi ho, i'm serious' Robbie said folding his arms

She shook her head at him 'tum pagal ho gaye ho'

'Haan tumhare pyaar mein aur is se pehle mein aur pagal ho jao jaldi se apna jurmana bhar lo' he winked at her

Kasturi giggled

'Uffo kasturi jab dekho tho tum apne hotho ka istamaal sirf apni in smiles mey karthi ho, kabhi tho inko kisi ache kaam ke liye istamaal karo' he said coming close to her

'Hey Robbie' interrupted Ishita.

Robbie and Kasturi quickly moved away from each other.

'Uffo yeh kaha se aa gayi kebab mein hadi' Robbie said to himself

'Hi ishita' he chirped sarcastically

'You're looking mind-blowing Robbie' she said

'Thanks. Kam se kam kisi ne tho notice kiya' he said looking towards kasturi

Kasturi smiled at him

'Oh you're also looking very gorgeous' he appraised Ishita trying to make kasturi jealous

'Haan ishita tum bohat khoobsurat lag rahi ho' kasturi complimented her smiling at Robbie cheekily

'Oh hi kasturi, kaisi ho tum? Wow you look ravishing' ishita gaped

'Main theek ho. Thank you so much' she smiled

'Devika aunty aur Purshuttom uncle abhi thak nahi aye Robbie?' enquired ishita

'Acha waise devika ma'am aur purshuttom sir hai kaha?' asked kasturi

'Humne unko plan ke mutabak baahir bejh diya tha thake hum unke liye yeh surprise party kar sake...ab bas woh aathe hi hoge' said robbie

The doorbell rang

'Ssshhh everyone hide, they're here' yelled raunak

The lights were turned out and everyone hid waiting for devika and purshuttom to come in

'Yeh log darwaza kyun nahi khol rahe? So gaye kya?' wondered devika

'Pata nahi..abhi tho sirf 8 baje hai..itni jaldi so ge?' said purshuttom

'Aap ke paas chaabi hai purshuttom?'

They opened the door with their key

'Itna andhera kyun hai..light chali gayi kya?' devika said

Purshottom searched for the light and switched it on

'SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' everyone yelled

'HAPPY ANNIVERSARY' they all cheered bursting balloons and party poppers

Devika and Purshuttom were overwhelmed with the surprise, the preparations, the party, everything.

All the family members came one by one to congratulate them with an embrace, their wishes and gifts.

'Chalo cake cutting time' yelled Robbie ecstatically

They all gathered around the table to cut the cake.

'Yayyyyyyyy' the whole hall roared with cheers and applause as devika and purshuttom cut the cake and fed each other.

'Aur ab hum sab ki taraf se tum dono ke liye ek special gift' said nandini

She lifted the bowl which supposedly had the rings emmersed in water and white flowers.

'Isme aap dono ke liye rings hai. Bhaisaab aap ko bhabi ki ring isme se nikaal ke unko pehna ni hai aur bhabi aapko bhaisaab ki ring dhoond ke unko pehna ni hai'

Everyone cheered once again.

Devika managed to find Purshuttom's ring and slid it onto his finger but purshuttom wasn't able to find the other ring.

'Arey nandini tum sure ho ke ise mey hi dosri ring hai?'

'Haan bhaisaab...maine khud rakhi thi....'

'Mujhe tho nahi mil rahi..tum aa ke dekho'

Nandini checked the bowl and even she couldn't find it

Just then it clicked to kasturi

'Sir devika ma'am ki ring tho mere paas hai' her face dropped

'Ab kya hoga?!' Kasturi said

'Ssh kasturi don't worry kuch nahi hoga' assured Robbie

'Nahi mein unko ring waapis kar dethi ho'

'Pagal ho gayi ho..ise pehni rakho' he demanded

Robbie and kasturi were arguing about the ring when nandini approached them

'Kasturi rings tumne rakhi thi na...tumhe pata hai doosri ring kaha hai?'

'Woh aunty....' kasturi was about to move her hand forward to show her the ring on her finger but Robbie grabbed her hand stopping her to do so. Kasturi looked at him.

'Arey aunty ek ring hi tho hai..idhar udhar gir gayi hogi party ke zoro shor mein..mil jaye gi' stated robbie

'Haan nandini, Robbie theek keh raha hai. Ring idhar udhar ho gaye hogi... mil jaye gi. Chalo, let's enjoy the party!!' said devika

Everyone was enjoying the party, dancing, eating, talking.

'Sir aapne mujhe roka kyun? Ring kyun nahi dene di..yeh galat hai sir' kasturi complained

'Kasturi aaj tum bohat khoobsurat lag rahi ho' Robbie replied looking at her intently

Although kasturi was annoyed at him for not letting her return the ring she couldn't help but smile and blush.

'Aur jab tum aise sharma ke smile karthi ho na tho tumhara chehra aur bhi khil uth tha hai'

Robbie continued complimenting kasturi and kasturi kept blushing into deeper shades of pink and red.

'Aur jab tum in hothe se mujhe 17999 dafa kiss karo gi tho tum aur bhi haseen ho jao gi' he said

Kasturi blushed but soon realised what he said and looked up at him and smacked his arm. Robbie chuckled.

'Ladies and gentlemen' Dushant announced on the microphone

'Aaj mere sabse pyaare dost Purshuttom aur devika bhabi ki 25^th marriage anniversary hai. It's a very special day for them and i would like to request Robbie to come up here and sing a song for our love birds'

Everyone applauded

Robbie happily walked onto the stage and took the mic

'Good evening everybody, i hope you're having a great time.'

'Jab se maine hosh sambhala hai thab se maine apne mom dad ko ek dusre ko sambhaalthe hoye dekha hai. Unka pyaar, unki dosti, unka bharosa, unki understanding mere liye ek mihsaal rahi hai.'

Devika and Purshuttom smiled

'I can't express how happy it feels to be your son. You really make me proud mom, dad.

'Zaroor us upar wale ka mein sabse favourite bacha ho ga jo usne mujhe aap jaise maa baap diye'

'I'm so lucky to be your son. Aur mere dil se yehi duwa nikalthi hai ke aap dono hamesha aise hi hasthe khelthe saath saath rahe.'

Devika and Purshuttom felt really happy and proud of Robbie and blew kisses at him

'I love you guys!' Robbie exclaimed

Everyone smiled and 'awww'ed cheeringly.

'So ab mein jo gaana gaane jaa raha ho yeh un sab logo ke liye hai jino ne pyaar kiya and for all those who have just fallen onto this beautiful path called love' as he said this he looked towards kasturi.

'So all the couples and the all the couples in the making please make your way to the dance floor!!'

'Mom, dad you first'

Raunak placed devika's hand in purshuttom's as Robbie began to sing

As she is about to place her hand in his ishita places her hand in his and takes Robbie towards the dance floor. Kasturi feels a bit upset but hides it.

Robbie unwillingly dances with Ishita but keeps his gaze fixed on kasturi as he sings
