Uday Chopra - Pyaar Impossible
THERE are few actors who would accept that back in school and college they were geeks who could never get themselves to talk to the girls they had crushes on. But Uday Chopra says that he, like his character Abhay in Pyaar Impossible, was one such guy. "I had a lot of girls in my group of friends and would chat with them nineteen to a dozen but if I came face to face with the girl I had a crush on, I'd go numb and never approach her, watching her from a distance. Back in school I had a crush on a girl in my class. Instead of telling her about my feelings, I just kept collecting the packets of chips that she used to eat and throw away," he smiles. And that's pretty much how Abhay is in the film. "He falls for Priyanka Chopra's character Alisha in college but doesn't let her know. When he arrives at her doorstep one fine day, she mistakes her for the butler and he plays along just so he can be around her," explains Chopra.
