Lana, i think everyone's allowed but you have to get permission from one of the mods before starting a new FC or thread dedicated to certain couples/characters!

haha nothingg muchh, just finished up an assignment and now ready to hit the books..i have 7 midterms in the next 2 and a half weeks...help me God *faint* I cannot WAIT till they're over hahah then i can spend some time fixing up the first page of the FC - it really needs to be revamped haha sorry i've been neglecting it guys =(
