Radhika's reason to sacrifice???

Radhika is an orphan....she was brought up by the shastri's 4rm the day shastriji found her on the steps of the temple. fine.......
But did they raise up radhika EVER as their own child???? they provided her wid food n shelter.....DATS IT!!!! wat else???? education???? dat she got as minimum as possible!!!!! she can only read n write!!!!! did she ever get at-least the graduation level education like vishakha?????? no way!!!!! she jus got a place to stay in their house....not even a proper bed!!!!! n even wen vishakha was not there in her home she wasnt even given the right to use vishakha's bed during her absence!!!! she was made to have her meals in d kitchen all alone by herself...lyk a maid-servant!!! she was violated 4rm all the rights of entering the temple....or being present during any religious ceremony!!!!!! Y???? jus bcoz ammaji did not let her???? well...tell me sumthing...is ammaji the head of d house or shastriji??? if he really didnt want radhika deprived of anything he cud have not paid ny heed to ammaji's faltu logics n let rads have her rights!!!! rads has alwayz been used like a maid-servant in her house..... whether it meant covering up vishakha's faults or doing all the jobs in the house it was alwayz poor rads who was responsible!!!! didnt devki or shastriji know abt vishakha's faults 4rm the beginning??? oh cumon!!!!! they r not kids!!!!! they knew how self-centred vish. was well enuf!!! both of them even accpted the fact...yet did they ever give vish. the punishment she truly deserved??? NO!!! they kept mum!! y??? jus bcoz she's their own blood n rads was not!!! infact rads was more lyk a house-maid......
especially devki n ammaji....they alwayz used rads as a toy!!!!! according to the situation to suit their convenience they placed rads in vish.'s place wenever vish. shunned away 4rm her responsiblities!!!! whther it was the marriage ceremony or the raj-purohit puja!!!! n then after the ceremonies r over they blame rads trying to spoil vish's so called "marriage"...sumthing which vish. has never done!!! I feel devki is the geatest sinner....n the greatest villain in CB..... she's supposed to be rads's mother damn it!!!! but she never did ny of her responsiblities 2wards rads.... she used her to protect her own daughter....n then told her " teri manmaani aur nahi chalegi!!!!" n then she acts to be a devotee of her so called "thakurji"..... n along wid it she goes on committing sins!!!! surprising!!!! rads is vulnerable....but wat abt shastriji n devki??? y did they shun her from her basic human-rights??? n they consider themselves to be such grt devotees??? cumon!!! give me a break!!!!!!!

don't worry rad's will soon bear all the fruits for being always patient.

I agree with all of you but there is another side to this. What Radhika got was a good home despite all the troubles she went through. She lived a normal life in a good and decent family. Can we say that all orphans in India get the same kind of life? Most either end up in orphanages or are begging on the streets or end up in some sex trade. She must be grateful she is in a good home, Shastriji gave her good values even though she has not been treated as Vishakha's equal.

All I want is for this girl to TELL THE TRUTH...for once....

Usually these details in a story are presented only when it's in the form of writing. Creatives have shown accurately how much hypocrisy exists in this world in the name of religion and society. We all like Radhika but at times we all feel irritated and mad by her behaviour but we all know in our hearts that what she is doing is right. She is a blend of innocence and ideality at its peak. We all go thru this phase in life but rarely can preserve this if exposed to the world specially professional. For some it lasts for a few years for others only a few days. Later on it becomes a matter of choice but the phase Radhika is in, it comes naturally. Not sure if Radhika will always be the same but right now she is in that phase where self does not exist. She loves Dev so much that she thinks of him as a part of herself therefore inflicting all the pain on herself and in this case Dev.
