Muskaan woke that morning with a throbbing headache but she couldn't care less...she jumped up and looked for Rahul all over the house...he had disappeared.
Then she remembered he had gone to his car at night...had he not come home all night??
She ran to Dr Kirti's room and knocked on the door incessantly...Dr kirti woke up annoyed and slightly worried...
K: Kya hua Muskaan...sab kuch teekh to hai??
M: woh...maam...Rahul ko dekha??
K: Nahin to...kyun ghar pe nahi hai kya??
M:Nahi maam...kuch nahi wo shift par jaldi gaya hoga...

Muskaan was at breaking point...had something happened to him at night??...In tears...she tried to fight her blurred vision and ran to the phone to call him...
23 miss calls later she left a message..

"Leave a message after the tone..beep"
"Rahul...TUM KAHAN HO?!...mujhe teri bahut fikar ho rahi hai tum teekh tho ho na??...Rahul tum mujhe satane par kyun toole hue ho??"

Muskaan looked at the time...she had to get ready otherwise she'd be late for duty...she ran to the shower got dressed and got r...*BEEP BEEP*

Muskaan reached for her phone her heart pumping at the speed of light..
*Text message received from Rahul*

"Tumhe na sataoon isliye to mein tujhse aaj door hoon....kal raat ke badh mein kaise teekh ho sakta hoon?....meri fikar mat kar...mein tere aas paas nahi anne wala...enjoy your freedom Muskaan"

Muskaan was filled with guilt...how could she have said the things she said???...Why was she being so cruel??
She wanted to say something...anything...but how could she reply after that..??
She hoped she would see him at Sanjeevani today...hopefully...she could clear up any misunderstandings....
