I really want to make siggies/creations but i'm not sure how to do them!

Is there something on the internet i can use to animate pictures and make siggies and creations!

Please can you guys help!

I would really want to make some Prem and Heer siggies but i don't know how to! 😕

You need sig making softwares. Photoshop And/Or Paint Shop pro...google Tutorials for it and you will find many sites that help you with siggy making...even on IF you can go to Sig and Avi forum to know more about it.

u can make using photo shop
there r nice tutorials in avatars and siggies section
u can learn there
