Well for that just go to the Fanfiction section. Open a new topic.. Write the FF!. then if u want u can PM to some with the link of ur FF so that they read it & comment..Then keep updating it day by day..

I'm not really sure but I think HQ stands for High quality and EHQ stands for excellent high quality... but I could be completely wrong.. Good luck!
