Fitness mantra

Workout, workout and only proper workout is my current fitness mantra

Regular gym

Well I go to the gym five times a week. I workout everyday for 45 minutes so as to get my body to match Bheem's (the character he is currently playing in Mahabharat). I have to look like an able-bodied man who can defy his enemies.

Exercise regime

My exercise regime consists of cardio and weights. Cardio is a must as this helps you to get in shape faster.

Meditation or yoga

Every morning I do my meditation and yoga. Pranayam and Kapalbharti is what I do every day. This makes you feel fresh and removes the toxins from your body.

Fitness food

Low carb and high protein diet like eggs and cornflakes for breakfast and roasted chicken and boiled vegetables for lunch and dinner. Avoid potatoes and rice.
