PART 37

Kanya and Vidya reached back to Vidya's house by 7:25am.
KANYA- Phew! We made it!
Kanya and Vidya fell onto the couch after putting the cake in the fridge.
VIDYA- Yeah.
Dev came strolling into the living room yawning. [he was wearing a T-Shirt & track pants]
DEV- Di? Whats for breakfast? [his eyes were closed and he was scratching the back of his head]
VIDYA- I don't know. Kanya, any idea? [she giggled]
Dev's eyes flew open at the sound of Kanya's name.
Kanya giggled.
KANYA- I really don't know.. Omlette? [she suggested]
VIDYA- Hmmnn.. Im not sure..
DEV- It's okay, Im not hungry. [suddenly changing his mind]
VIDYA- Alright [she went up to her brother] By the way... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
DEV- Thank you Di! [he grinned]
VIDYA- I have a present for you.. but I'll give it to you later.. Im going to go have another shower. [she smiled Slyly at her brother and then to Kanya (who was blushing) and walked up the stairs]
As soon as Dev heard Vidya reach the top of the stairs he went over to Kanya and put his arms around her waist. Kanya's arms automaticly wrapped around Dev's neck. They stared at each other. The moment was intense.

PART 38

RECAP:
KANYA- Happy Birthday. [she whispered gazing into Dev's eyes]
DEV- What? No Birthday Kiss? [he teased]
KANYA- Maybe later on today [Kanya played along]
Dev laughed and leaned over to Kanya, his lips were inchs away from Kanya's.
DEV- I don't think I could wait that long [he whispered]
Dev leaned in slowly, his lips were only an inch away from Kanya's. Kany closed her eyes. Dev leaned in a little bit more, their lips were about to touch.....

AKSHAD- DEV! Hey Man! Happy Birthday! [Akshad came into the room followed by Amber and Sagar]
Dev and kanya let go of each other as soon as they heard Akshad's voice, they were both blushing scarlet.
AKSHAD- What? [he asked confused, to their luck he haddent seen anything]
AMBER- I think we stopped by at the wrong time. [she giggled]
Kanya and Dev blushed even more.
SAGAR- I think so too [he chuckled]
Vidya came down the stairs then.
VIDYA- Hey Akshad, Amber... Sagar. [she blushed when she said his name]
Sagar blushed as well remembering the previous night.
AKSHAD- Now whats wrong with you guys? [he asked, looking confused once again]
AMBER- Oh leave them alone.
AKSHAD- Yes Ma'am. [he saluted and everyone laughed]
VIDYA- so.um.. wheres Manya and Akash?
SAGAR- THey went to collage early today [he explained]
VIDYA- Oh I see.
DEV- Oh snap! Collage! [he ran upstairs]
Everyone laughed. Dev came downstairs 2 minutes later wearing blue jeans and a red t-shirt.
AKSHAD- Alight, See you guys later [Akshad and Amber then left]
