Part 20

Recap-Natasha kisses Ranbir, Pooja tells the twins what is going on with Kanya/Natasha. Natasha kissed by Chetan so she slaps him. Jay tries to calm her down but sees her mad gets scared and runs off. She's confused due to everyone calling her Kanya.

What on earth was going on. Natasha couldn't understand anything. These people were calling her Kanya. She hated her with everything she had. Kanya was dead. It wasn't possible. She saw Kanya in the flames as kids. Whatever was going on she didn't like it. Pooja called her Natasha. Why were everyone else calling her Kanya. Everyone was celebrating her birthday but that was 2 weeks ago how can it be now. She needed answers but who'd give it to her. She wasn't living a double life and nor was she in a coma. She wasn't dreaming. This was making her totally frazzled. How could anyone think she's Kanya. She stole her face. Her identity. She was more popular. But now all this was bringing bad memories back.

The only thing she liked about this place was Ranbir and the kids. She never got herself attached to men. She saw them as just a past time. Fun. She was suppose to hate the twins as they reminded her of her childhood with Kanya. Kanya was the opposite to Natasha. They were the mirror image of the other but poles a part personality wise. If only after Kanya's death these things didn't comeback into focus.

Natasha tried to look for Pooja but she was long gone. She found herself with Ranbir's kids. They looked mischievous and had that look where they were upto something. They seemed nervous somehow. That intrigued her. She had to know about the missing pieces in her life. However she had to speact to the duo first then go out and find out the mystery behind the loss of memory.

N-Hi U 2. Enjoying the party?

J-Kind of. Its boring now.

A-Its past our bedtime and Dad's too busy to notice which means we get to stay up late.

N-That's a good thing isn't it.

J-It is if U have any company. Everyone is so old. So mature.

N-Well i can tell U that i'm the most immature person out there.

A-We R used to calling U Kanya.

N-NO! Its a horrid name. Parents needed shooting just for coming up with that name. Poor Kanya was a girl and her name suggest she will never be anything more than that.

J-Huh?

N-I mean U guys call me Natz. Kanya is urgh. Its not even my name.

A-But Kanya is your name. She's your sister.

N-Sister from hell.

J-U R mean. My brother gets on my nereves but i could never live without him.

N-Well i could thats why i got rid of her.

A-I have no idea what U R on about.

N-Thats the way it should be. I'd have to kill U otherwise. That would be a shame. Cute faces like yours.

N- I'm joking.

A-Dad still knows U as Kanya.

N-That can be easily fixed.

The twins walk away very scared now and having second thoughts. Its bad enough Jannat was scared of horror/killer movies but Natasha was totally freaking her out with the way she spoke and how lightly she took murder. She was mean and evil. She didn't like it one bit. Armaan seemed worried himself. What were they letting themselves in for. That was the question. They hated the fact that Natasha hated Kanya. Its a good job they didn't let on that they knew moew than they let on. Why did their family had to be so complicated. Natasha had her eyes set on their Dad and they needed to figure out a way to get Kanya back. Pooja said they found a psychologist from America that could help but who knew if it would work.

Natasha needed a drink and bad. So the kids knew nothing. Well they were cute in thinking that their Dad and she'd make a good couple. Too bad she wasn't planning on sticking around for long. She had vengeance to plan for. She needed to check up personally on who was being abused in order to do her thing. Who knew how many people needed locking away more like being killed off. She would start by tonight.

Ranbir went to Natasha thinking she was Kanya and they bade farewell to all the guests. Their house was a tip but he didn't mind. He actually loved the fact that she'd let her hair down and enjoyed herself at the same time shocked by this wild streak in her. Ranbir gave Kanya a kiss on her cheek but she pulled him straight to her and kissed him on the lips and he left for bed. Natasha meanwhile snook out into the night not looking back. But with the intention to return.

Part 21

Recap-Natasha tried to piece the missing 11 months in her life by interogating the twins but was left in the dark as she'd only found out that she'd got work in the Nanda's. Natasha lusted after Ranbir and snook out at night to find people in need of help.

Natasha found everything shee needed on her laptop that was in her secret hideaway in her personal farmhouse that was gofted to her a year back by a wealthy woman she'd helped murder her husband for his brutality against his family. Technically it wasn't murder just payback for all the pain he'd caused. The guy was a wannabe gangster who thought he'd get off on seeing his wife being mentally and physically abused and forced to give her own money away to feed his hunger for all things currupt money, booze, women, gambling and drugs to name a few. Natasha had seen to it he never sees the day or night but sleep forever.

Natasha read her E-mails everything was dated back to 11 months and there were hundreds of messages left for her to help the needy woman but most of those were left let down and turned out when she tried to go through mst of them the women were either deceased or in hosptal or worse in mental pychiatric wards. Natasha couldn't believe all these people were suffering. No wonder she hated men. Weak b*****ds tried to hide their shortcomings by taking it out on women well she learnt from first hand experience to play men at their own game. Natasha decided that tomorrow was better for her to deal with the new rquests. She wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. She just needed to make sure whatever made her go away the first time didn't make her go again. Natasha heaed back to the Nanda mansion where she laid to rest for a few hours.

Jannat and Armaan go downstairs for their breakfast.The were surprised to see no Kanya normally she was the first one up. She made all the breakfast but here they saw the servants frantically getting the breakfast done by themselves. They looked at each other knowing full well that all is not back to normal. They were starting to get a little worried. Jannat decided to watch Heroes to understand the meaning of split personality. Armaan already knew it but she decided that it was important for her to grasp the importance of this illness. They already knew hypnotheraphy didn't cure the problem but just prolonged it further.

A-Do U think Kanya's back or is Natasha still there?

J-I think Natasha is still there. Kanya is the first one up but here look she's not here. We have a lot of work to do. Come on hurry up eat your breakfast and we'll search the web with Pooja auntie and get some sort of cure.

A-Better than waiting around doing nothing.

J-Do U think this Natasha whi is Kanya will be good for Dad. I really want him happy. Armaan i'm scared.

A-Darna mat main hoon na. If all goes bad we have each other. We can look after Dad.

J-Armaan mujhe darr lagti hain. Everything was running smoothly and this happens. Dad ko koi nahin milegi aisi kuch hoti rahi to.

A-Mujhpe barosa kar behena dekhna aggar hum dono is musibat ko haraya nahin to hum Ranbir Nanda ke bache nahin.

J-U know what tum sach bolte ho. We R Nanda kids man nothing gets us down.

A-See there's the spirit.

J-What if tis problem doesn't go away its not like Dad knows about Kanya being Natasha.

A-Pooja auntie will help us out if not there's always trusty Archie auntie we can call. She's in the US and will definately help her nephew and niece.

J-How do we act in front of Natasha?

A-Normal.

J-What about hooking Dad up or is that put on the back burner.

A-We R still going full steam ahead. Hooking Natasha might be what Natasha needs a stable person in her life.

As if on cue Natasha gets down real fast in lightening speed. She looked so different. Gone were her Salwar Kameez. She had a short skirt on with a low v neck top. Every member did a double take. She looked impeccably perfect. Almost goth like. Ranbir couldn't take his eyes off of her as he just didn't know what got into Kanya. She wasn't acting herself one bit.

J-Morning Natasha!

N-Morning. What R U guys eating?

A-Parathas!

N-What? This early greasy food. No ways i can't eat that. I'll go get some cerial or some fruit.

R-U normally make this for the whole family.

N-Whay? I can't cook.

R-Give over. Kya mazaak karti ho subha subha choot nahin bolte. Bache tumse siklenge.

N-Ranbir i am not lying.

A-Woh Dad she's having an off day leave her. Natasha tum kalo jo kana hain.

R-Is it true tumhari naam Natasha hain. Sab gharwale tumhe yahi naam se pukarte hain.

N-Of couse. U guys R mad.

R-I think everybody's going mad. I'm running late. See U guys later. Kanya U don't need to come to the office take a few days off.

Ranbir is off and leaves Kanya and Malika along with the twins in the house. The twins just couldn't get how Kanya that can cook can't cook as Natasha. But then again they were mentally 2 different people. The twins rushed off to speak to Pooja she was the only person they could turn to for advice. Natasha followed them behind.

N-Do i normally go to the office?

A-Yes its like a part-time job when we R in school.

N-So boring. I can't believe i did that. No wonder i can't remember atleast now i can remember everything.

J-So U hate business.

N-I detest it.

J-R U afraid of heights?

N-Thats rediculous i get a high in heights. Its so dangerous whats not to love.

A-What about the dark?

N-Thats my best friend.

J-Creep crawlies. Horror movies.

N-I don't have the luxury to be scared. When someone is full of rage nothing scares them.

J-Can U swim? Skydive?

N-I've done it all kids. Stop asking daft questions. I'm not a wimp.

A-Sorry its just we know nothing about U.

N-We will have plenty of time to get to know each other.

J-Thats so good.

A-We need to get ready for school.

On their way to school Armaan and Jannat decide to cut school for the afternoon to go see Pooja and one of their specialist doctors. See what happensa further on.
