Nothing really official (not announced with cast and shooting)... just mentioned from time to time...

This situation (announcements and all sorts of 'news' going around the net with nothing concrete, and then it got shelved) reminds me of that movie Kjo was going to do with Vicky and Ranveer ?

Seems KJo throws ideas to the wind (internet) to see if there's interest for him to do a remake. I think he might have gotten a bit more cautious after having so many disasters and losing half his company.

Could be...however, imo, it also shows insecurity and unreliability (which certainly could be more harmful than positive).

The whole original cast is alive, still looks hot and can do it better, please KJO do not ruin it by casting someone else.

Also, I expect buddha Yash and nandini to die after 25 years, in the new one Rahul-Anjali play papa-mum and Laddo-Poo kids will be fat shamed and clothe shamed.
