Then why are you making your own Verdict? Every box office analyst has called it a success. The budget can't be more than 100 Cr even with Akshays 50 Cr fee.
OT: Dharma doesn't make Big budget films and that's how they stay in business. With a tight budget, corporate placements in their films, Satellite/Music rights and ofcourse Netflix/Amazon mai baap they manage to make a profit even with low theatrical revenue.
They actually had a profitable year after a long time.
The years when they had big budget films like RRKPK, MNIK, ADHM are the years they lost money or broke even. Hence, the company has moved away from big budget films. Make small films and small profits is Dharma's strategy at the moment.
but these are all actual hits of dharma
and i am done with kesari 2..i just mentioned..i updated verdict..
I love this thing about YRF that they are so transparent and dignified with their flops..no foul play..they declare it as it is..na budget kam ho jata hai aur na collections ziada..they handled war 2's failure with dignity and honesty and they always have..so kudos to them

Kjo can release as many PR articles as he wishes to but ultimately most of his movies this year have been big duds with Kartik's movie being the biggest one. Theatrical revenue and verdict matters the most.

And whose arguing that? Dharma has been giving Duds since ages. Their "HITS" like RRKPK & Brahmastra are also losing ventures for the company.
Dharma will stick to small films. Even for a mid-budget film they'll need Co-producers. The Company doesn't have any liquidity.
