Don't know where certain numbers come from but the occupancy still is quite good, so crossing 700 cr net collection for the Hindi version in India is achievable (especially good with a supposed US-biggy - Avatar - on the screens).

Dhurandhar could very well be a record holder for a while

I finally watched the movie yesterday. Everything aside, I just came to say one thing….why or how did Akshaye Khanna’s character/ role become so popular is beyond my understanding. I found nothing out of the world about him..no great dialogues, no swag ( not to me) no particular scene that stood out as brilliant/ mind blowing . He’s a great actor but he’s always been one. I didn’t think he performed exceptionally in Dhurandhar though.
In fact his character being anti India and supplying ammunition to the terrorists was a put off for me. I was actually looking forward to start getting amazed by him as the movie progressed because of all the hype and I just couldn’t find a reason.

The movie itself was a good one time watch for me but the real Hero and rightfully deserving of all the accolades in my eyes is RS and once again I am just thrilled that the movie is such a smash hit. About time he silenced his naysayers, yayyy !

Who else got shaken with that 'Bol betaaaa'.....IYKYK....

.I wasnt even looking at the screen but my imagination got the better of me at that scene and made me shiver to the core just by hearing his chilling voice....I am already scared about what he will bring to the table in part 2....

Arjun Rampal is not getting enough praise I feel because he definitely left an impact in what we can only call as a cameo appearance because this is only a teaser to what he was going to be in 2. I liked him in Rajneeti also where I felt he overshadowed everyone else with his honest performance...
