Dhurandhar trending is very much similar to Sholay & HAHK openings. All 3 didn't open well, but from 2nd week, all 3 are/were running phenomely well. Yes, I ain't saying this is in par with those 2 biggies, but iss film mein kaante ki takkar hai & to some extent deserve this success.

Everyone has their biases, BOI is paid by Dharma but BOI is not relevant anymore

I prefer sacnilk because they give show count, screen count, occupancy and day wise collections so you get an idea by corroborating those numbers with BMS ticket sales

BOI isn't owned by Dharma, it is independent entity since start. Sacnilk figures aren't verified, youtubers can go to anyone for data.

Sholay opened to 100% occupancy. It's a myth that it didn't open well. Kinda brave to be comparing a film that "might" hit Gadar 2's 3.5 Cr footfalls to 7 Cr & 15 Cr footfall films.

The only similarity with Sholay is the craze of Amjad Khan being repeated by Akshaye Khanna.

The trend is the same as Kashmir Files on a bigger scale.
