Rajni barges into Chawl party n interrupts them with her lecture on legal papers which she has prepared to save them from greedy builders . She educates them on the issue n advises them to get them checked by their trusted person n legal advisers and then put their signatures . The Chawl people trust Anupama very much n wants Anupama to check the documents for them . Anupama agrees n accepts the document . Rajni then plots in her mind how she will attach those signatures with a different legal document and thus acquire the right to rebuild the chawl into highrise apartment buildings . Varun realises his mother’s plans n smiles .

Prem is doing well in his work and takes time out for Rahi , he lovingly prepares yummy health dishes for her n treats her n pampers her , together they advertise Fortune healthy cooking oil. They have sweet romantic moments . Mahi secretly witnesses their moments , she feels jealous n misses such moments in her life . He goes to Gautam n finds him immersed in office work. she threatens him n challenges him for neglecting his wife. Gautam is infuriated and is about to retaliate , he day dreams he is slapping Mahi and Mahi is complaining to Papaji . He controls his fury and fakes guilt n helplessness in keeping his wife happy n hits himself out of fake guilt. Mahi feels sorry for Gautam and apologises to him , Gautam secretly smiles at his success.

Arab and Moti baa discuss the real estate dels at Mumbai wrt Purvi Chhaya chawl and that Anupama too resides there . Moti baa is worried but Parag has made up his mind to acquire that chawl . He has joined hands with Rajni who has made a plan to use Anupama’s influence to acquire that chawl . Gautam tries to probe Parag Rajni relationship and their past but fails .

At the sets of shooting venue , the director is all praises for Anupama’s cooking and seeks her help to give some cooking tips to his elderly mother who is very keen to learn new dishes . Anupama is very happy to to be of help to the director’s mother . In her presence the director gets complains about Ishaani’s tantrums of the sets . Anupama asks him to do what he should as director n not get influenced by Ishaani’s relationship with Anupama .
